Rastuso Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Which means they are close to Robb and Elissa and Kidtums. I'd assume they can easily see the glow from the fire right now from their apartment. -R
Pufferfish Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Well, most of the coasters there are steel, it's only Colossus that we have to worry about. It should survive. It might loose the few trees it has, but that won't make much of a difference. I hope they can put out those fires soon. This has definitely been a terrible drought season.

spaceace12 Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 And if you read the one thread in random, you would know that the Alvey's are okay and so is SFMM, the fire is moving away from them.
alexinla Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Got this mass e-mail from SFMM today THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONCERN Six Flags Magic Mountain was unaffected by the Stevenson Ranch or "Magic" fire that broke out on October 22. The park is scheduled to be open as planned for Fright Fest October 26 - 31st. Our thoughts go out to all those affected by the Southern California fires. So everything is fine in regards to the park
RIP Psyclone Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Old news, old news, OLD NEWS!!! I personally drove by SFMM last night to see for myself, and there was nothing to be seen. No fires, no smoke, nothing! You wouldn't have even known there was ever a fire in the area. As it's been said, there are already 2 threads discussing this.
Scream162 Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 As of this morning the Magic Fire was 100% contained.
