Man, I wish I got "stuck" with a full-ride scholarship. I'd probably go anywhere in the country for free school.

The middle of the pack and lower end colleges are a joke for the most part, at least around here, where people take 6 years to graduate due to HOPE (cough...UGA...cough).

I wish I had a scholarship. That's the only thing keeping me from going to college.

I got a small scholarship from my high school but it was only like $200. Enough to pay for like maybe half a day of class.

^You may be able to qualify for a goverment grant. Money you don't have to pay back.

You don't get to pick who they give the scholarship to. They will just go to the next person on the list.

 

It's kind of sad how many people wish they could get a scholarship and would not turn it down for anything.

Wow, you got 'stuck' with a scholarship?! Be happy you got one! Even if you can afford college on your own, it still makes things a lot easier for you. You can save up your money for when you're finished college. I really don't see what's so horrible about getting a free ride through college.

 

If you feel that Disney was right for you, then it's good you made that decision on your own and are going for it. I hope you have a great time there. I think you're going to be in for a huge shock though, when you realize there are people like what you described everywhere, even at Disney World. Good luck!
