Goliath513 Posted May 13, 2007 Posted May 13, 2007 ^That would definitly happen to me if that happened to Rush Mania. That same thing happened to my friend over at RCPro last year with one of his parks. It sucks a$$ when files accidentaly get replaced like this.
coastakid Posted May 13, 2007 Posted May 13, 2007 NOOOO This recreation was amazing (in my standards anyways...)
Ccron10 Posted May 13, 2007 Author Posted May 13, 2007 I just thought of an idea. Maybe if I designed the park on graph paper first and then build it. Maybe that could make my catch-up time a little faster.
Vffreak07 Posted May 13, 2007 Posted May 13, 2007 That's too bad. How is Axis going/when is the next update gonna be?
Ccron10 Posted May 13, 2007 Author Posted May 13, 2007 The thing is I've been focusing more on this than Axis, I hope to work on it sometime this week.
Ccron10 Posted May 25, 2007 Author Posted May 25, 2007 UPDATE 16 (RE-CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 1) Â Work has started up again! Â I've taken this time to correct some mistakes I've made on the last one. Instead of starting at Tudor Bridge, I've started at Tram Circle. With this, it could allow me to even build the museum and the arena! Â Tudor Square is nearly completed, just Tudor Grill and the entrance need to be built. Â Depending on graphic space and map space, ZooAmerica could also be built, but ChocolateWorld is still unknown. More coming soon! I am very proud of the admission price sign that I created by using Paint. It looks like the real one! The smoking hut, restrooms, and foundation of the entrance. Tudor Square Merchantile and Dunkin' Donuts. Tudor Square. I've decided to use particle effects to this version. The famous entrance sign. Some trees still need to be added, but this is Tram Circle.
kennywood!007 Posted May 25, 2007 Posted May 25, 2007 WOW! Not saying you did bad last time, but this looks SO much better. Great work!
CommanderLock Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 Sometimes starting over is just the motivation needed to make it better the second time around.
Ccron10 Posted May 30, 2007 Author Posted May 30, 2007 UPDATE 18 ENTRANCE COMPLETION Â I tooks 10 minutes off of my other park to get the entrance done. A few wooden beams still need to be added though. Facing Rhineland. Facing Tudor Square.
Ccron10 Posted June 6, 2007 Author Posted June 6, 2007 UPDATE #19 Founder's Circle Construction  A heck of a lot of work has gotten done. All rides in Founder's Circle have been built, some pathcovers and new curbing has been added, and some buildings have been built. Founder's Circle Looking towards the Carrousel. A new entrance sign has been added.
Ccron10 Posted June 7, 2007 Author Posted June 7, 2007 UPDATE #20 Comet construction and Founder's Circle Construction. Â The Comet has be constructed! The only change is the big gap between the edge of the circle and the coaster, but if I remember correctly, there's a employee path in between there. Â More custom scenery has been downloaded so now I can build lockers, better stone walls, etc. Â I still need to build Crustano's Deli and nearly 1/2 of the Craftbarn. Â More Soon! The Craftbarn (so far) The park The old Skyride building With the Comet added, it's now starting to look like Hersheypark! Lockers near the Hersheypark Kids building. After a few modifications, I made it fit a little better. I had a little trouble with this design, so I tore it down and rebuilt it.
CCJared Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 I Recommened you go here for Scenery and Music and well all sorts, it might be helpful. Â http://neton.rct-net.de/download.php
Ccron10 Posted June 10, 2007 Author Posted June 10, 2007 Thanks for the link, It might come into use later in the construction phase. Â UPDATE #21 After tearing down the comet again for the 2nd time and all of Der Deitschplatz, I've finally got it all figured out. The Comet was reconstructed for the 3rd time, the station has been added and I downloaded another scenery pack. I paid a lot of attention to detail on the station as you're about to see. Tell me what you think. The re-done area that I've been working on. Tell me what you think. The station for the Comet.
YoshiFan Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 The station looks very close to the real thing. It looks great.
Ccron10 Posted June 14, 2007 Author Posted June 14, 2007 UPDATE #22 Comet Hollow Construction  I have started work on SDL, built the Tilt-A-Whirl, games, and completed Skyview. The only thing wrong with Skyview is that I built 2 90 degree turns on it to turn around at the right place. I hope to work on some of Minetown and Music Box Way soon. Skyview and SDL. Comet with supports and running lights, Tilt-A-Whirl, and games building. Comet with running lights.
Ccron10 Posted June 15, 2007 Author Posted June 15, 2007 UPDATE #23 RXCC construction and Comet Hollow Partial Completion  I got a lot of work done today. Resse's Xtreme Cup Challenge has been built! The ride inside has lighting, effects, hills, dips, and rooms just like the real one! Comet Hollow is mostly finished besides SDL and the restrooms. I also worked on the Skyview station. I hope to work on Minetown, and upper Music Box Way tomorrow. Stay Tuned! The whole park so far. The Skyview Station. I also finished Craftbarn and added the smoking area for Founder's Circle. A zoom-out of the entrance. Reese's Xtreme Cup Challenge! Comet Hollow
Ccron10 Posted June 18, 2007 Author Posted June 18, 2007 UPDATE #24 Lower Minetown and Great Bear Construction  I would've updated sooner, but my internet was acting up.  The layout for GB is finished and it's almost like the real one, execpt for the long piece of track between the helix and first drop and I don't think I can fix that. I also built the Ampitheatre, Coal Craker and it's station, finished the layout for SDL and I'm about to start building the Minetown Restaurant. I still need to add scenery here and there, but that's it.  In the next couple of days, expect Music Box Way to be finished, construction on Pioneer Frontier to start, and more work to be done in Minetown. Great Bear! I'm going to add custom supports to Coal Cracker. The Ampitheatre. I added the yellow and black flooring inside this ride section. The view of GB. Everything on GB is accurate, execpt for this piece. Into the Zero-G-Roll!
Ccron10 Posted June 24, 2007 Author Posted June 24, 2007 Update #25 Great Bear Station construction  I've gotten GB's station done. It looks really cool because at night it will have those dark blue lights shining out of those windows on the buildings! I still need to build SDL's tunnel and add trees and bushes, but besides that, it's really coming along. Stay Tuned for more! the sign has been installed. The queue is kinda small, but it will have to do.
kennywood!007 Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 Looks awesome, one thing though. Â Great Bear's queue is longer in real life, so if your really going for reality you need to extend it and build the right queue house.
Ccron10 Posted June 25, 2007 Author Posted June 25, 2007 I don't think I can fix the queue. Â UPDATE #26 MINETOWN RESTAURANT COMPLETION AND MUSIC BOX WAY CONSTRUCTION Â Now that GB is finished, I added bushes and trees around GB, SDL, and Coal Cracker, added custom supports to SDL and Coal Cracker, built Hatfield Filling Station, Minetown Restaurant and Arcade, and the station and portion of the Monorail. In the coming days, I plan on building the Claw, Music Box Theatre, and the Pioneer Frontier midway. Stay Tuned for more! Minetown Restaurant has been built! Comments? I still need to add SDL's station and Paddleboat Cafe. More trees and bushes made it look more realistic. The area around RXCC. The Monorail It almost looks just like it does at the actual photo spot!
