Batwing Reaches Full Height

Batwing has shot up over night and will open in a few weeks here is my latest photo update.

That seems like a strange name for a space shot.

You know, der Üntergang of the German park started with a bold coaster and a tower as well.

 

I don't like this at all. The park had a nice entrance area, with the more thrilling rides at the back. Now it's becoming Blackpool.

Hopefully the park's next ride will be a heavily themed dark ride or river rapids. Or a combination.

I'm interested to see what WB do now. What will be the enxt ride instore for us?

 

$2 on a Woodie or a Flat Ride to go in the Western Area.

Good to see that Batwing is fully erect...

Personally, i dont mind the location, its a bit like Parque Warner Madrid in the way it is a centerpiece for main street. And yes we are desperate for a new ride here.

 

But I also agree that Batwing Spaceshot is an odd name, i guess people here would understand it more given it is a spaceshot ride, but for the general public, having the word 'space' in the name seems like an odd fit for a Batman themed ride. Ill trust the marketing department on this one

How high is this in comparison to the towers at Knotts and California Adventure?

60 metres high. Only 20 more than Superman but it looks way bigger.
