Need help about which park to go to

Im going to Atlanta in December for my birthday. While out there I convinced my girlfriend to go to a amusement park while we are there. Im torn between Dollywood for their Christmas event or Wild Adventures. Im asking for the help of people on the forum who have been to both during winter time to offer their expierences and recommend their choice.

Dollywood, no question. Far superior, and their three "main' coasters are better than anything Wild Adventures offers. Plus, there is more value there, and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg is much more interesting than Valdosta.

 

Also I suggest you use a spellchecker next time and review your post as "park" isn't that difficult to spell.

Oh man, go to Dollywood, there's no contest between it and WA, especially not at this time of the year. Dollywood's rides and attractions are fantastic, to say the least, and don't get me started about all the other wonderful things they offer.

I've never been to the 2 parks, but from what I have read and seen on the Internet "Dollywood" wins out right.

Dollywood Christmas is awesome. The shows, the lights and oh yeah Thunderhead.

 

I've never been to WA, but how could a park full of Vekomas ever touch Thunderhead

 

I will warn you though if it is below 40 degrees they don't run the coasters. Seriously.

Just from looking at photos of the two parks I would definately agree that Dollywood is the MUCH better choice.
