Xtreme-me Posted October 21, 2006 Posted October 21, 2006 I've heard that X is still closed from a couple of classmates of mine who went to SFMM last weekend. Does anyone know when its going to Reopen? One of my friends has never been on it but he really wants to so yeah. Any info would be great!

Jhcbiinoc Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 I read something the other day on Screamscape saying that unfortunately it would probably not open again until next year, due to issues with the lift motor/gearbox and the trains. As much as I would like to see them have it open sooner, I would rather see them fix all of the issues (new trains, full rehab) and then reopen it. They could be waiting until the park is under new ownership, if that is in fact what is going to happen.

FOREVER !!! in its place will be a new rtechnilogically advanced ride that is brought from disneys california adventure some of you might know it as JUMPING JELLYFISH witch is by far the coolest ride they could have put in its place it will be called WOO WOO HOOTERS CREW THE RIDE ....... so in conclusion i hope that i have answered any remaining questions about x and its horribleness thanks a bunch!! allison
waterviper Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Ive heard that X was going to be changed to O. The 4d is going to be changed to 8d! That is where you roll around on all axis like a gyroscope!! It is going to be free flipping turning and spinning all at once! I also heard it is going to be nicknamed The Spinning Vomitorium!! Cant wait for this one!!
