Just to put it simple, here, he went to CoasterSims.com and took a bunch of the signs from some of the most popular rides, and uploaded them all here as if he had done them.

 

The funny thing about it is that he posted 2 or 3 of the CS Track Tennis coasters' signs, when if you go look at the lcontributor list it's obvious that the signs were made by different people. So, even if he did make them, that would mean he had multiple accounts at CS and would hence be banned there, which I wouldn't be surprised if that already happened.
