  1. ^^Glitchy? It's not glitchy, it' just a heavy game with a slightly hard to figure out editor... Not a lot of glitches, as far as I can tell
  2. I tried importing a scenery object that worked with NL1... it gave me an error saying "Cant read XML file" even though it's a 3DS file...
  3. I don't understand... http://www.nolimitscoaster.com , the official purchase site, is already updated and letting people buy NL2. But it contains no info about how to buy it at a discount price if you have NL1! I've been waiting for hours, looking everywhere... can't find anythng of the sort. I hope the .de website updates soon with how to get the discount. I want to buy it already!
  4. ^You can test them but they have to be under 10 vertices or you can't save them. and what you can't save you can't test. (I got the demo working, by the way. On one of my computers, anyway). Framerate drops significantly for me when grass and water and lots of other things are all in view, making for bi differences in framerates, but... Overall it's working, looking good, and I'm totally getting the full version as soon as they say how to buy it with the NL1 discount, already!
  5. I just hope al you premature clickers won't encounter a corrupt file like what I found with the demo installer! Otherwise you might have to download all over again. Gah, people are already saying on facebook that they're playing it and all I keep getting is errors! This is starting to worry me. I hope NL2 runs on m machines!
  6. I hope it happens soon! I am not a patient man, and it's taking all my might not to hit that buy now button! And as for the demo, the file itself is damaged. IT's not letting me open he installer.
  7. But... but... where's the NL1 owner's discount?! EDIT: My demo failed to install. anyone else have this problem?
  8. ^ But... wait! I don't see a discount option for people who already own NL1! Gah! Guess Now I'll have to wait for the official announcement if I don't want to burn $10
  9. It wasn't your turn, it was XYZ's... I had a coaster I wanted to post, too
  10. 1AM here in Israel, meaning midnight in Germany... Figners crossed that it'll be soon!
  11. Awesome! Looks really cool. I was actually a little surprised that this coaster style made the cut, I figured it's similarities to the Intamin coasters would leave it for future updates or something. But vartiey is awesome. So yay! Could we get an answer though about when exactly to expect the release though, time and timezone-wise? I want to know if to stay up tonight or wake up early tomorrow!
  12. ^I believe it's in Germany but not all three developers are from there(I think), so go figure. I'm hoping for a German timezone midnight release.
  13. Oh god, and I thoguth the PAST 10 days were long! This week's never going to end! X_X
  14. Every day as the new year approaches I'm getting more and more anxious with the thought that the odds NL is coming out today are increased. I know that "this year" was a flexible deadline but I can't help but rush tot he computer with anticipation every morning. Especially today. Dear Santa... I know it's not christmas... and that I'm Jewish.... But... I've been a good boy!
  15. LOL, you MIGHT want to delete the location name before posting a picture of a ride from the same place
  16. Question: is the game engine programmed in such a way that allows you to, if at a later date you decide to do so, make the building area bigger in an update? Because while the building area is certainly big enough for most coasters, I wonder about people making big ol' parks with several coasters in them
  17. ^That's the spiral coaster at Al Sha'ab leisure park, of course! That's an easy one. Wow... was hard choosing between the rides at this area... they all seem so weird! I encourage whoever figures out which ride is this, instead of posting it's name, to simply post a picture of another one from the same place for hte next person to guess.
  18. Here, found a video that shows what I mean pretty well. the swinging here is obvioulsy dampened and restrained, too, but it stilll gets a few good swings in before stopping. granted it goes faster and higher than the train in the NL2 preview, I'm just wondering if the same track, whien recreated in NL2, would give the same big swinging response.
  19. ^Oh I wasn't reffering to the swinging during the turns and curves, I'm well aware that a well banked coaster wouldn't swing there. I was reffering to the swinging when the train hit the brake run at the end, cars fell from the side and then just had one small after-swing before they stopped. From what I remember about SFMM's Ninja, every time the coaster hit a striaght part it acted like a big ol' swingset. EDIT: Just watched some POVs... apparantly the parts I remembered as straight were actually given slight S curves.
  20. Actually what excited me most about the possibility of a deisgnated dark ride system is the fact that you could make the car spin to face whichever way you want, something you can't do with the existing coaster kinds, as far as I know.
  21. ^^Fantastic! Great video! everything looks so high wuality! ...Just one thing though... Is it just me or does the suspended coaster's swinging feel very.... restrained?
  22. ^Not your turn, it's noporian's (assuming he got it right)
