I don't have something you want, but did you already google? I'll bet there will appear a lot of maps or drawings. If you don't find one, I'll maybe try to make one for you. Just send me a message -
I'm not able to remember a downtime of one of the Winjas! You weren't lucky. But what amazed me most, WTF?! In Geister Riksha, there were FOUR alligators wrestling? Are you really sure? Since January or something like that, the forth alligator wasn't there all the time. Now, I can't wait anymore to get to Phantasialand on saturday. I'll enjoy it

The ridercams are installed, but it doesn't work. So they made a photo spot after the loop. The price for a big and really good picture is 6 €. After a week, they changed the design. I immediately bought one, so I good the old design Here's an example: -

Marathon riding?
PHL-Freak replied to AllisonY2K's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The second day of Black Mamba opened, I went there, rode 15 times, one week after that, I rode it 20 times. On Colorado adventure (Both in germany) I rode 21 times a day. -

The Talocan-sign at the Black Mamba-temple has been removed and is pinned on a little building. That's the buliding you have to go thorugh to go to Mexico. So now it's pretty clear that Talocan comes to Mexico. -
Huss Rides Bankrupt?
PHL-Freak replied to gtaylor's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^That's exactly what a lot of people think. It's a good idea, because you can hear at several times that ThyssenKrupp (A big steel manufacterer) wants to buy Huss, so they can go on. But that's only a rumour at this time. -

Another addition from my side. I mentioned that HUSS has no more money and that the work could be closed. But there's some plans of ThyssenKrupp taking over HUSS. So there could be some hopes if Phantasialand really wants to buy a Huss ride. Rumours are told that Condor (Huss Ikarus) is already sold to Asia or somewhere. But there's nothing confirmed yet. -

^Yeah, I see that exactly like you. I even thought of replacing the Smookeys Digger Camp for Talocan. But actually I think more of Talocan in the mexican area. But if you'd remove the tower, there's still not much space for a Topple Tower. Huss is insolvent (Right word?), that's another problem. Some other rumours I heard told me about a kiddieland, but I think they have enough (Two big ones, that should do it...) -

They often close the q for the front row because of too many people waiting there, and too many quickpasser waiting for the first row. EDIT: On tuesday, a HUGE amount of flatscreens were brought to the rider cam shop. Looks like you will be able to buy DVDs of your ride -

Yeah, Black Mamba isn't perfect. They still have a lot of troubles with the kiddies who paint the walls in the q's and at other places. I only wish that you can go in the temple. There's quite a lot of free space. Maybe some kids rides? That'd fit in there. -

I rode it around 80 times and I have to say that Black Mamba ist just the coaster Phantasialand needed. Just like topthrill said. Phantasialand all the time and good family coasters, but they needed a big one. (Where all the cool gangstaz can go....they demolish the q every time I visit Black Mamba ) Now they got one with Black Mamba, and that's so cool. What else could be interesting: Black Mamba probably will get video cameras. They've installed some, but didn't managed to open this whole thing. I think that concept was presented a year or two ago. Also, Black Mamba has a gate for ,,Quickpass"-Owner, which means that you have to pay 15 euro so you can ride ,,the Mamba", when you're alone, 4 times. When you have another person with you, 2 times, and so on. That Quickpass allows you also to go to the log flumes through the exit, at Winja's Fear and Force (The spinning coaster) you can do it also, River Quest and Colorado adventure are also allowed with that Quickpass. -
^Yeah, Mytery Castle is made by Intamin. Originally, it's made by another corporation (Ride Trade), but they relate to Intamin.

Photo TR: Phantasialand
PHL-Freak replied to PHL-Freak's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Maybe it's interesting when I say something about Race for Atlantis. It's the same film as in Las Vegas (Caesar's palace afaik). The theming of the q-line is bad, they have just installed some lasers which show some water illusions. The ceiling etc. is just like it was 12 years ago: It's a real space-ceiling. In winter, they had some really nice-looking figures of the competitors in the race. But I'm wonedering why they put the 4 figures out of the q-line?! Now there's nothing special at the long q-line. When you watch the first pre-show (which is translated), you can't see the first floor. Unfortunately, they built a wall where the q-line goes up to the first floor The Galaxy-themed walls are still everywhere, they are just overpainted. But the paints look awesome! There's a "map" of Atlantis painted, a few shots of Atlantis and so on...When you enter the room where the actual film will be, you hear no music, you see no lights. There's NOTHING. If you go to the exit, you see some other paintings of Atlantis. All in all I'd say that the theming's (Well, WHERE the theming is) well done. But there are still many places where there's nothing. -

Well, then you forget that Black Mamba has two helices (270° up and 360° down) and a OBT... -

First of all, I have to say, they were doing work on a SUNDAY till 3 p.m.! Thanks! So, onto my construction photos... The back of the lifthill building looks good! The Jr. Immelmann. A bad CLOSE-UP into the ,,mountain". The work on the bridge into africa is mostly done, they just have to theme it right. On the right (you can't see it), there's the Jr. Immelmann which is built in a mountain! A house is built directly over the helix. There is so much ground working going on where the q-line will be... -
Weee, my first trip report So, today I went to Phantasialand. First of all, it was REAL empty, which I loved. The max. wait time was 3 minutes or something like that. Some of the coasters (Colorado and Temple of the Night Hawk) were doing not so well (Temple did sh*t), but all the other rides were okay. So, I don't know what to say more, I'll just post my photos. If you want to see some Black Mamba construction photos, go to that thread. I hope you have fun with that update and I hope, too, that you can imagine how much cooler Phantasialand will get when they have Black Mamba running EDIT: Sorry about the bad quality of the photos, I don't have a real digicam... At the end I saw casa Magnetica, a weird show in a house which is built very weird ...just like the Winja's. (I rode each of them 9 times three weeks ago). River Quest, the rafting ride, is too wet, so I didn't ride it... THAT elephant tolds you ALL the time that you should throw garbage into him! NO JOKE! But that dragon was eating people all the time! Then I went to the not-dueling dragon (Okay, that joke was bad...) I get airtime every time when I splash down the hills..(?!?!) Then I rode the highlight of the day: THE LOG FLUMES!! I'm a true log flume-enthusiast... There are dolphins and whales everywhere at the entry. Then I went to Atlantis, which is themed completely new. (Because of the new film ,,Race for Atlantis") Yeah, it was THAT empty all the day! Started the day with Colorado.

^There's still nothing said about that. Some newspapers say, it'll open in a few weeks. I'd say, Black Mamba will open at the end of may. -

I think I'll be in Phantasialand at Sunday and probably take some shots. BTW, on http://deepinafrica.de/webcam/webcam.php , you can see very good, that they started to build a house over the 270°-helix (that one with the tunnel).
