I don't normally believe everything but CNN is a pretty believable source. Now if i had heard it here or any other coaster rlates site i might question it until i hear otherwise.

^ I did untuil i saw the story on CNN not too long ago that it was the familys decision to sue not the lawyer. Thats why i no longer feel sorry for them. If that make me a bad person then fine. I can honestly see this getting thrown out and the family getting nothing but just stateing if they do get any money then it's sad the family now puts a price on their sons head. I can understand SF being nice enough to pay for the funeral but thats it. this family does not deserve anything after that.

I'm not suprised the family is doing this. It all comes down to money in the end. I highly doubt the family will get anything if it goes to trial but they could. I no longer feel sorry for the family. They deserve the same fate their son had for trying to sue the park.

I knew this was coming. If this family wins i hope they walk under a coaster as well. Seriously if the family tries to get money out of this then they are no better than the kid who got killed and maybe the same will happen to them. Atleast now i know if i need money all i have to do is jump a few fences and stand in front of a coaster. Maybe just stick my arm out to get hit that way i survive. I might not have an arm but i'll be enjoying a few million dollars. Not that i would i was just stateing that this is the message they are sending people. That is weird. I would think Dominator & Volcano would have been the longest lines.

Carowinds has had 40,000+ in park before as well but that was years ago and 35,000 for magic kingdom must be on a slow day durring the dead season. MK bring in about 50-60,000 on busy days or even more. Thats great news for KD but you can thank BofA for that otherwise it would have been a very dead day at the park.

Why is it always people from SC. I guess kids in SC go crazy since there's not alot to do in that state.

Didn't thing of that although i had a feeling the lady up front was not Cinderella since she was naked plus Cinderellas boobs were not that big. LOL It looked alot like Cinderella Castle though.

Nice photos. I wonder why Universal would have a Cinderella Float with the Castle. Seems like that float was for Disney maybe. Kern as made tons of amazing floats.

I hotestly dont this it was a riders foot that struck him. I don't think someones foot could decapitate a person. I think when he jumped for someone's legs he missed and that steel section that hangs under the train hit him. I wonder how far his head flew. Even worse i wonder if it landed in someones lap on the ride. Now that would have scared the crap out of me.

They did suck. Just nothing very exciting about them after a while. I really hope the bring back the comedy warehouse or similar and i'll miss Mannequins the most. I loved that rotating dance floor with the co2 cannons and the light wall. That had to be the best club on the island.

I was an ACE member for 2 years then realized how crazy ACE people were so i dropped out quickly. I agree that i just go to parks to have fun. I don't have the money to waste on a company that just uses it for their coaster trips and the so called museum that will never open. I really hope Cedar Fair shuts the door in their face now and no longer welcomes ACE events at any of their parks. Alot of people in ACE (at least some of the ones i have meet but not all) can be very psychotic and i'm tired of them thinking they know everything about coasters. Sorry if i don't spend every minute of my day riding coasters and looking over every detail of every coaster and get a woodie over ERT.

Not that the auctions are over i'm sure all coasters not sold will be removed very soon and shipped to their new homes. if Carowinds is lucky enough and not overlooked we might get one or two but i would rather have a hyper and a GL coaster.

I wonder if this will now effect the relationship between CF & ACE. Maybe CF would no longer welcome ACE events.

I guess Head Spin has already been taken down. I didn't see at in any of those pictures. now we'll just have to wait and see what park it pops up at in 2009.
