I can remeber being called in to start running rides in March! Each ride has to run at least 100 hours before opening day(CP Standard). Then when we, park op employees, weren't running rides, we cleaned just about evrything in the park. Ugh, the horrors of cleaning Thunder Canyon and White Water Landing. What a mess!

I just got of the phone with some friends of mine that are at Cedar Point's Media Day event. From what I was told by my friends, Dragster didn't get up enough speed, and has rolled back into the station. Tomorrow is the day. Will Dragster run? If not, there is always Paddle Wheel Excursions! To me, B & M standup coasters are the most uncomfortable coaster to ride. Trying to standup straight, and when you think you are, your not. And those huge bicycle seats between your legs. Yikes! Hope there is no camel backs! I wonder if standup trains can be swapped out for floorless trains. Favorite Standup: King Cobra (Defunct), Paramount’s Kings Island

What about Intamin's classic rides, like FREEFALL ie Demon Drop @ Cedar Point. Opened in 1983. A killer classic, literally.

If you go to Jelly Belly, stop by the Anheuser-Busch brewery for a tour and some free samples . I work there as a brewer. Stop by and say, "Hi!" It's virtually across the street from Jelly Belly.
