Looks awesome, I'm really hoping to get on this next year as a side trip before the TPR UK trip starts.

Well it's hard to say...Some of them have been crowded and some have been not. I think it will really all depend on the weather. The warmer the worse it will be most likely. Then again since it's the weekend before fright fest starts it may be okay. Either way it sound like your locked in and either way I don't expect it to be THAT bad.

I said that after my first visit to PKI in which I only had one morning ride (walkback). After my second visit to PKI and my 2nd ride on the beast (also a walkback ride) I still didn't get what all the hype was about. Then later that day I rode at night...it all became clear what all the hype was about. Simply put the beast is a night ride. I don't know if you have ever ridden it at night but if you have try it next time.

Those who know don't tell Although what I will say is Great Adventure was running and maintaining the ride just as Intamin had told them so it's more Intamin's fault here but if anything it's a "stuff happens issue". I would expect more downtime than Top Thrill Dragster had (in first year) since the issue is completely different and most likely worst than anything Top Thrill Dragster had. It's really ashame becuase Kingda Ka was running very well. Aside from the rain most of the downtime has only been because the park shut the ride down to do check ups on everything at first. In fact their has been one day where the ride ran from 10am to close without ONE single shut down. (Has Top Thrill Dragster ever had one of those days?)
