  1. Nice pictures! Is the Borg's trains the exact same ones from the Stealth? They kind of look different to me. Borg is nice to look at!
  2. I thought they removed Stealth for Boomerang Bay. I don't think part of Boomerang Bay is at the Greazed Lightning spot. I am glad to here that the Thunderhead is still running smooth! Thanks for the answers!
  3. ^ I feel sorry for you. Only a Vekoma SLC.
  4. ^ That's amazing! I can't believe Triple Play was one of the original rides at PGA! When I rode it, it looked brand new and as if it wasn't but 2 years old! What other rides were the original rides there?
  5. Mr Freeze and Titan. I have only been to Six Flags Over Texas so I haven't been able to see or ride the other rides the other Six Flags parks have.
  6. ^ How can you call Fabri evil? I enjoy riding there rides.
  7. I didn't know that Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad were Vekomas! I didn't know such a good ride could be made from Vekoma! But didn't Big Thunder Mountain Railroad have some accidents resulting in injuries or death? Since Vekoma made those 2 coasters, I will bring up my liking of them. My new rating for Vekoma is 3/10 Would of been four but Big Thunder Mountain Railroad had that mishab. If I'm wrong about that I will move it up to four.
  8. I picked the Zero G. It is the best inversion there is. Wouldn't it be cool if they put all those inversions into one combo inversion? I wonder what that would be like?
  9. I picked Kennywod. A decent park with decent coasters. I like Exterminator a little more than the others though.
  10. I voted for Volcanoe. That ride is pretty cool! The least favorite would probaly be the Silver Bullet. Just way too slow.
  11. That really isn't helping me to like Vekomas. Disney had to replace the trains after they sent the coaster to Disney. How sad. Another thing is that Deja Vu is almost always closed down due to mechanical problems. So far I rate Vekoma 2/10
  12. Nice trip report and nice pictures! It's amazing what a new paint job can do to a coaster. When the Borg was the Stelath at PGA, the red and white was just an average color combination and it didn't really stick out. Now with the black and green that thing looks awesome! It makes me excited to ride it again!
  13. Does anybody know how it got stuck? Doesn't drop rides free fall with only wheels sliding down until the brakes are is it connected to some type of rope? I don't know much about how drop rides work.
  14. Since some people do like Vekomas, I will TRY to like Vekomas. What is Vekomas latest roller coaster and how does it ride? If I can see that there newer coaster models run a lot better than MAYBE I will change the way I think about Vekomas. I will need a lot of proof to change my mind though!
  15. ^ I agree with almost everything you say. I would also really like a GeForce here. It was Top Thrill Dragster that did it for me and that's why I like Intamin better. I can't really say anything bad about Intamin and B&M.
  16. The only Vekoma I have ever enjoyed and rode again was the Invertigo at PGA. That Vekoma was built differently from the others because it doesn't feel like a Vekoma at all! Why can't they make all there coasters that good?
  17. ^ I didn't know that they worked with Intamin! Congratulations on your 200th post!
  18. The best coasters are the ones made by Intamin and B&M. My all time favorite is the Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point. They always come up with cool new designs! Intamin and B&M
  19. I hate Vekomas! They head bang you until you balck out and you can't enjoy the ride because you are just trying to keep yourself from getting hurt. Vekoma haters please post! Vekoma
  20. When I went to Western Playland my favorite ride was closed. So I decided I would go to the water slide called Snake Mountain which had about a 45min-1hr waiting time. I decided to get in line. I was in line for about an hour and I was the next one in line when all of a sudden the stupid thing breaks down. The motor that brings the Dinghies back up broke down. They told us we would have to leave so I left while being really mad. I ended up going on the Himalaya and when I got off the water slide was back on with a huge line already. That got me even more mad! I felt like going to the supports and cutting them down with a chainsaw! This is how mad I was out of 5. 5/5 How bad I wanted to chainsaw the supports out of 5.
  21. Nice trip report and photos Robb! I'm glad you had a good time. I have been wanting to ride Powder Keg since it opened. Would you recomend it?
  22. Nothing planned this month but in mid June I will be going to Six Flags Over Texas and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Will have a huge photo trip report and maybe even a video. Can't wait to ride Titan!
  23. Intamin has the best roller coasters in the world! There isn't stopping Intamins amazing ride designs! My least favorite is probaly the head banging death traps from Vekoma. They have some pretty cool coaster designs but they don't know how to make them smooth and actually enjoyable. It's like they like hurting people! Vekoma
  24. I was going to bunjee jump at PGA but it was closed due to 10mph winds. Is it still at PGA or did they get rid of that too?
