I personally have never been on a SLC , well I've been on a custom SLC (Jubilee Odyessy) which is brilliant, its one of the biggest inverted coasters in the world, it was a bit rough here and there but I loved it (see picture below)! But what is it that everyone hates about standard SLC's? They look like a pretty good coaster, im never going to go out of my way to go on one! Mainly because of what everyone says about them and Well there's only 1 in England and thats 250 miles from me! But , Why do you all hate them?

Is this new thrill ride a UK first? like Bling! I really think they should build a new coaster coz its been 12 years since PMBO and since then they've on only had Valhalla. bling and spind doctor! 3 rides in 12 years, thats poor! NO new coasters in 12 years!!But its stll britains most popular attraction!

I think this ride can be made better without altering the track! They should have done a Disney and what they done to the Rock 'N' Rollercoaster! R'N'R is great, but its made better by the fast pace rock n roll music blasting in your ears! Lets face it without the music it would be pretty dull(Xpress at Walibi World), even though it does slow down towards the end, the music makes it seem faster and alot better! And as Rita doesnt slow at all untill you hit the brakes, it would be brill!! I reckon they shoulf have come cool dance music on Rita, like Faithless, Insomnia!! THAT WOULD ROCK!! -
Yes the Turtle chase been removed aswell as Vikingar (Rumoured that the TraumaTIZER from Pleasureland will take the place of Vikingar) The Whip has closed, they said it will be turned into a bar/restraunt, but the ride still remains intact! Like i said above the Log Flume is in its last season and will be replaced by a Water Coaster! The rumours about the rocket coaster that goes out to sea do seem to have stumbled a bit due to the events that happened in 2004, it might still happen, you never know! I t would be cool if it did happen as BPB said they wanted the tallest fastest coaster in the world!!

This IMO isnt the best but it is one of the best and is over looked too much because it a vekoma! But it is one of the biggest inverted coasters in the world, infact its the second biggest full circuit inverted coaster in the world behind Alpengiest! So i think it deserves some creidt, it is 170ft tall, it does have one of the biggest vertical loops in the world (124ft)!Also features a 65 degree 160ft first drop! The Jubilee Odyessy!!! -
I do think that there is a hidden treasure in England that not many of you Americans may know about! Well i would call it a Wodden coaster, but as it just rests on the track and doesnt have anything holding it on the track you lost seem to call the Side Friction coasters, which baffles me!! Any way its located at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, and unfortunetly the nearest major theme park is Thorpe park/Chessington which are about 130 miles away! The reason i thinks its a hidden treasure is because of its speed (bearing in mind you just rest on the track), its main feature is the 2nd drop which is aprox 70ft & the fastest it goes is 45mph!and the 3rd & 4th drops are made in airtime heaven(even the train gets air time!) If you sit at the front you will feel the train lift off the track completely as you go over the bunny hops and slams back down on the track with a great big thud!! Also features a major head chopper on the 2nd drop (you can see the bits of wood to the right of the picture)I love extreme rollercoasters but this one scares me everytime! If you've never been on it, i think when you next visit england you should go out of your way to go on it, it ill be worth it!! Back seat has EXTREME airtime on every hill

Yes the Missile has gone to Pleasurewood Hills (My home park) im 110% sure that the log flume is no more, usually i wouldnt say anything until its confirmed, but when i went there it wasnt just being removed, it had been demolished, the only part of the ride that was left was the BIG drop and at the bottom of that there about 8 boats just sitting there rotting away! and the station had been bulldozed completely! I really wish i had visited this park a couple of seasons earlier becasue it DID have some great rides But its not all bad news, i hear the rapids will be open for the 2006 season! -
Whats the "Swine" coaster? The one thing that baffles me on this is the lack of room BPB have to build new rides, well lets face it they aint guna get rid of any of the 'Historic Landmark ' rides are they! Ive just this second remembered that not long ago i was reading from a website that i cant remember now!grrrrrr but it was based on whats happening in future of BPB (kind of like the timeline about Chessington getting their hotel, then safari then water park etc etc) Its really buggin me now !!! but i can definetly remember that it mentioned about in a couple of years they will be removing the log flume to be replaced by another water ride!! Also due to the Sandcastle having loads of extra slides put in this year including a watercoaster they have run into money problems and been put up for auction andBPB have put a wealthy bid in!!

Na, thats rubbish, ive seen loads of fan based website polls and Rita seems to always be 3rd or 4th, with Nemesis winning by a milestone! -

This ride is great but i dont know how on earth Alton Towers can call this their best ride ever!! -
But i have recently heard that the south park area will change for ever iwith a record breaking ride in the next few years! i heard this from BPB235 club! But that would invole the removal of an existing ride, a ride that takes up the most space in the south park area, i.e. Steeplechase and i dont quite think they will be removing that, will they?hope not!

Also i forgot to metion they do have the Twin Looper coaster which is a coaster made out of scaffolding! I did get into some state of shock when i saw a pirate ship being built, but i later found out it was being removed!!! Theres two flat rides i can remember and thats the ferris wheel and a ballon ride, yipee! But they do have a Skycoaster, but that most probably will be removed because they are fun! DISGRACE OF A THEME PARK Americans are probably very unhappy at the name of this park, it doesnt make america seem very good (for people who dont know what theme parks in america are like) -
My worst so far is by a long way the American Adventure, Derbyshire, England! For starters they dont have planning permission problems so they CAN build tall rides, but they DONT! This park reminds me alot of Leafy Lake from RCT, a big lake with very little room around it! When i visited They had been demolishing there giant log flume, their Rapids were closed so was their Boomerang! The best their was the powered Mine Train coaster (Doesnt that say it all), also their Go-Karts were closed aswell, well in other words half of the park was closed but they still charged full price (£15). Apparantly their changing into a 'family theme park' which is ludicrous as they can build big rides!! what a waste, but apparantly Six Flags MAY be purchasing this tiny park! But anyway, so far this is by far the worst theme park ive ever been too! But whats yours? and why?

the owners of BPB also own Pleasureland, Southport and its rumoured that The TraumiTIZER will be arriving at BPB in the space where Vikingar used to be!! To be honest they dont have any room to build a big ride on the park so the rocket coaster that goes out to sea sonuds more realistic! and im not going to complain if they want to build the tallest and fastest coaster in the world! its possible that alton may be building a floorless in the remains of the castle!
