  1. Now Gwazi doesn't get RMC'd . . . . what (if anything) goes in its place?
  2. Which was rougher . . . Hurler or Anaconda?
  3. My question for KT is . . . . What is your favorite roller coaster?
  4. How long a drive was it for from Maryland to Cedar Point?
  5. Hmm . . . Winged Larson Super Loop (if that's what it's called) . . . . I'd go for that!
  6. I'm sticking with S&S 4D. Whatever it is should be a sizable addition compared to previous years. Now if that does come to pass . . . . well, here's three possible locations for it: 1. Between Superman: Ride of Steel and Batwing 2. It replaces Penguin's Blizzard River 3. It replaces the Gotham City Arena Option 1 is the most logical . . . at least in my opinion. And of course the naming . . . . I'd say Harley Quinn's Crazy Spin (of course in her colors of red/black)
  7. Well . . . I wonder what (if anything) SFA will announce for 2018.
  8. Looks like I'll be making a trip down to KD for this (as well as Volcano, Intimidator 305, etc) Which do you think has the better layout . . . Steel Vengeance or Twisted Timbers ?
  9. Hopefully soon . . . I for one wish they'd make the Capital Railway some kind of Haunted Maze/Trail . . . . but my personal favorite from last year was Hall Manor: The Return of Eleanor. And I noticed that the first weekend for Fright Fest at SFA is September 30/October 1, while the other SF parks have FF starting a week or two earlier. Why so?
  10. Recorded the 12:30 pm stunt show yesterday (please excuse the fact I talk to myself at times and the fact I make a bit of noise during the show) At least I remembered to record it horizontally
  11. I believe they are constructing a new game. I saw it today but sadly I didn't take pics. I saw the same thing . . . . it's another one of those rope ladder games (I even saw the park president Rick there looking at it) and they moved the basketball game to in front of Gotham Arena. Why they did this . . . . I don't know
  12. Or maybe actually . . . have some events in the Arena (last year they had the BMX show, the Mr. America show and even a dog show).
  13. When I was at my heaviest (almost 300) . . . . pretty much all restraints they had to squeeze me in (I even had the 'walk of shame' on Superman: Ride of Steel once). But back to the point . . . . weren't the restraints on most TOGO coasters a pain in the bunghole?
  14. Why is X2 only currently one train ops? And why the one reservation limit on it (and Revolution) even if you do have platinum FP?
  15. If you say so, I think it's a soulless sh*thole. Meanwhile KD is incredibly charming back in the Old Virginia section and the main midway. SFA isn't soulless. It's haunted by the soul of Eleanor Hall. You're right . . . . her spirit is responsible for all the breakdowns/stalls
  16. I have a love/hate relationship with SFA . . . I love the fact it's only a 40 minute drive away, Wild One Hate that it has potential . . . but . . . . well.
  17. I remember from watching "The Legacy of Arrow Development" documentary by ACE about the pipeline coaster that Arrow built a demo model of in the late 80's. It could have been a nice model (better than a Vekoma SLC)
  18. 1. Blizzard River is unique . . . . it does get decent ridership in the summer part of the operating season. 1a. Let's assume BR does go away, I could see an Intamin Impluse or a 4D free spin going there. 2. I haven't noticed Apocalypse being stuck much on the lift hill . . . did you actually see it stuck yesterday? 2a. Assuming it's the end of the line for Apocalypse, do they convert it to a floorless coaster (and if so, would the layout have to be changed at all?) or scrap it for something different?
  19. Yeah . . . concrete in the water park on a hot day isn't pleasant at all (and naturally when I went last week, I forgot to pack my water shoes with me). And I can't figure out why the Skull Mountain drop still remains. It was a good ride (Shoot the Chutes on a larger scale), but I guess it was a pain in the butt to maintain, and it didn't run in colder weather. And even though it's my home park, it needs major work.
  20. Well, the times I've driven up there . . . I just take 295 when I get over the Delaware Memorial Bridge . . . so it's a few miles more than taking the turnpike, but I'm saving some $ on tolls.
  21. Oh I'll definitely be making a trip up to GAdv in November . . . . and with smaller crowds, NO flash pass needed to by. And heck yeah, falls rides on Nitro, Ka, Zumanjaro, Batman, etc . . . . .
  22. Even in jest . . . "Roar Reloaded" sounds like a good name for an RMC conversion. And Wild One was the first coaster I ever rode on solo (I was 8 or 9) . . . .
  23. This past Sunday at SFA . . . just a moment after Wonder Woman: Lasso of Truth rose up . . . a pair of flip flops dropped down
