Good luck getting the GP's attention with that type of marketing. They'll probably think it's a car. I'm still waiting for a topper-track only conversion. It would still be pretty bad if it was only topper track. Now if it was completely new topper track (like Outlaw Run), then that would be cool.

It must be those world's slowest lifts. Maybe these things are designed to drag through their courses? A topper track only conversion of the two would be amazing indeed. No I meant an RMC hybrid. Both aren't that great anyways. It could be the longest hybrid on earth or something like that.

The lines are not too bad but Volcano and Intimidator can get pretty crowded so ride those first.

A Hurler/Grizzly hybrid would arguably be the best ride in the park, even outdoing I305.

Just go to Japan instead. The have a TOGO standup somewhere. You might as well because they are both equally painful.

A flying coaster is not going to happen. The most likely possibilities are: 1. Invert 2. Wingrider 3. Hyper It will be one of these three.

Stop. Anaconda is not going anywhere for at least the next several years. Also I'd rather them keep Anaconda and give it new trains (w/o headbanging) and tear down Hurler.

Rebel Yell is never going to go. It is not occupying anything important and is in great shape. Ditto for Racer. It's such a shame that Thunder Road had to go before its 40th birthday. Carowinds should have just did a 40th anniversary celebration for Thunder Road and expand the waterpark in 2017. Well, on the bright side, the TOGO death machine up north is closing in t-minus 2 weeks!

I agree that flats are likely coming in 2016 with the coaster in 2017, but these flags are labeled "John Deere Landscaping", and mark a variety of trees. To me, this seems like the only kind of "landscaping" possible in the middle of a bunch of trees is tree removal. If one were to include the newest markers and to assume (although this is, again, speculation) that the Country Kitchen is to be removed as well as the adjacent Shockwave, then one would be left with a plot slightly smaller than that which Dominator, a medium-large B&M floorless coaster occupies. Therefore, I doubt that a new, large B&M coaster will replace Dominator, but rather a collection of flat rides. This flat ride collection would likely include any combination of the following rides (listed from most to least likely): FunTime SlingShot (upcharge; $25 per rider) Zamperla Disk'o "Coaster" HUSS Enterprise 2G/2G Plus (according to one of my inside sources, who is NOT the Dippin' Dots guy , this is what the park is leaning towards, although it's uncertain whether or not CF will approve it, so it's anyone's guess at this point). HUSS Giant Frisbee Why the HELL would Kings Dominion remove Dominator? It's in great shape and is an easy looper for a lot of people. Not to mention it's a people eater. EDIT: Unless you mean Shockwave. In that case, a coaster would start around Shockwave's land and head towards the front.

There's a 0% chance any Intamin is coming. It's going to be either a B&M hyper, launched wingrider, or invert. Wow, zero percent? Unless I missed a giant press release, I'd say there's a 100% chance that anything is possible at this point, at least from out point of view. We don't even know a roller coaster is coming, much less who the manufacture is, the type, or anything about the coaster that may or may not even exist. Just because YOU want/speculate a specific kind of ride, does not mean that anyone else's guess is any more or less valid than your own. It's pretty much confirmed that no Intamin is coming. Cedar Fair hasn't installed one for 5 years and has had numerous issues with them. Remember how I305 had to be modified FOUR TIMES IN THREE YEARS?!

Well, I'd rather have a looper of some sort, but a hyper would be a good fit because it is both a fairly intense airtime machine, something KD lacks (besides Rebel Yell and the first hill of I305) and a ride that can fit the general public better than I305. A cool name would be Démonchat, which is the French spelling of "Demon Cat", a mythical creature that haunts Washington DC.

Nice. Not everyone can handle the ferociousness of the ride haha I found Maverick to be more enjoyable than i305. It just does more than curves and speed, which isn't much when it comes to overall ride experience. Although it does pack a lot of intensity, but not quite enough to negate its stale variety. Dominator is my favorite ride in the park, followed by a tie between Volcano & i305. I didn't find Anaconda that rough (I don't see where the complaints are coming from), it was fairly fun. Rebel Yell had the best airtime out of all the coasters I rode that day, one of the better racing coasters I've been on. Hurler was a piece of garbage, it needs to be burned to the ground. Hurler needs the RMC treatment.

When is the teaser for 2016 going to pop up?

They probably will. It seems like Cedar Fair is trying to get KD to be the nicest looking park behind Canada's Wonderland.

I really don't get why people want Backlot removed. It's a pretty intense ride in a small space.
