Indeed it is! Hope you have a great time at both parks! As I would like to continue from this past weekend, Myself and many other coaster enthusiasts where recently invited out to Kentucky Kingdom for a nice little off season tour of the park and let me just say that it was really fascinating! Hers some things we learned today from various questions: -The Original chassis from T2 (now T3 but T3 has new trains) where exact replica of what Arrow Dynamics made. So in a sense, Vekoma copied and pasted Arrow’s design. -On ride photo’s will be returning for the 2017 season on T3! -A beer garden will be added into the catering pavilions -THIS WILL SHOOT DOWN ANY RUMORS OF WHY SIX FLAGS LEFT KENTUCKY KINGDOM IN 2010. Six flags wanted to have to pay no rent and the state had declined it, thus Six Flags abandoned the park and took two roller coasters with them. -As for right now, Thunder Run will not receive a second train but………….It is an option! -The carousel is unique to the park as it is the only one ever to stop in the same spot where it started on, which allows disabled guests to enter and exit the ride easily. -For expansion………they still have 120 acres! -As long as the park’s Enterprise is reliable it will stay. If one major breakdown occurs during this season, don’t be to surprised to see it start to get removed this season. -Originally, Eye of the storm was going to replace Enterprise for this season and sit on the enterprises location but plans changed. -Until RMC came in with the idea of Storm Chaser, the park wanted to combine Twisted Twins and Thunder Run, extend the layout out near T3, and wanted to have the world’s longest wooden roller coaster (which would break The Beast’s record) -Operating hours have been in the idea of extended. -The Zeppelin kiddie ride is the only one left in The United States -The area around the waterpark will be used for future rides, more than hoping for that B&M Hyper that's been rumored. -Finally the 2018/2019 plans are set to be released in April of this year. Anyways one big noteaable change from last year is that Starbucks is now....................gone. The gift store is now one big place with one entrance and where the entrance was originally occupied with Starbucks, has now been turned into a Dunkin' Donuts! Slide Reviews: -Water Coaster: Not as long as the other three I have rode (Deluge, Mammoth and Wildebeest) but fun and enjoyable! -Family raft slide: Really fun! Did it once with three people and it paced pretty good but with 5 people in one tube................................WOW -Bowl slide: as always a fun ride and if you have a heavy mass like some people (Myself) do, you get some good spins. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Boy i love the back side of things Nice view of KI from here to! The lodge's family raft slide! An indoor look at the front of the waterpark I might have snuck outside to get some nice shots of Kings Island.... Sweet action zone. I would like to say that there where a couple backhoes and dumptrucks over in the area. Intresting Best invert ever? Another view from the 4th floor. Trains are on the track. A view of some of the main slides. Most notably the worlds first Triple Funnel Slide! (Its fun!) Some land for expansion. The outdooor section could use a new slide or two. Main outdoor pool. Remnants of the old KI Inn The detail in the Magic Quest game Fireplace. The main Kid's area all is calm......... Exit for the three main tube slides. SPLURGE! Another back view. Howl at the moon golf! Fun but small mini golf course with black lighting!

This is a really good point. I really don't understand why the Battery park pictures are not allowed since they are not on park property. I understand with the decision but it just doesn't seem right.

So plans have changed, and I will most likely be at the park for a hlaf day on April 5th, and a full day on the 6th. This will be my first time at the park and I will be sure to hit every coaster (or try to) and does anyone know if schools will still be in session? also what order to hit the coasters, and a good cheap place to eat, and buy souvenirs.

Might be hitting Dollywood next Sunday for the first time. The idea is still being discussed. But you will see me at Kentucky Kingdom on Saturday! Hopefully I will get down to Dollywood this year!

^I think yesterday in the evening they where doing a pull through test of the first drop area. Heres a neat video on how Mystic TImbers has ever so slightly changed the skyline of the park! Also, I think testing will begin next week (i feel confident in this guess, that's all I'm going to say ) and the reason why the webcams where down might be because we might be getting that new "Cedar Fair style" website that Cedar Point, Carowinds, Kings Dominion and California's Great America all have. The park map is finalized and is going to the printers in the morning!

^ I'm pretty sure the color for Riddler's Revenge looks to be set in stone. From Screamscape: Personally, I don't like Riddler's paint job, the old one looks A LOT better.. BUT JUST WAIT! Give it about 2-3 years and we'll see more ugliness if they install one of those damn Joker 4-D Free spins with the god awful color scheme.

I drove by the plant yesterday for a brief second to see all this for the VERY FIRST TIME, and before I had to go to KI. There where about 4 sections (probably station or brake if i had to guess) waiting to go inside and get painted as they where the same color grey. from the pictures of the red track I have seen the track does not look like Dive track. Has the Korean park said what Dive car the coaster will be (6 person, 8 person or 10 person)?
