Knott's just got a pretty phenomenal $10 million coaster this year. Trust me I love Hangtime and am very grateful for a legit coaster after 14 years. I just want my Cali Giga already!! Lol

The coaster looks great!! With that said can someone please explain to me how parks like Carowinds and Canada’s Wonderland continue to get massive investments like this, fury 325, Yukon Striker ...... and how Knott’s has by far the best attenedence in the chain, maybe better than both of these parks combined and hasn’t seen an investment even 25% of this since 2004 with Silver Bullet??? I get space, but Knott’s has space when you add up parking, the shitty hotel and on and on. As a person who lives in Orange County I guess I’m jealous lol. Congrats to Carowinds on yet another massive beautiful coaster!

After watching the video a few more times, if they’re running three trains the “the pit stop” will actually be able to fully act as a show room element and the other train that’s going to race it will actually be the one waiting for it. I think it’s perfect. If Six Flags slapped Mack or RMC on this project with the exact same ride with a “show room” people would be losing their minds over this concept!

The apparent leak that’s out there from Premier is pretty comical. The fact that people are actually believing it is even funnier. Maybe I’ll eat my words tomorrow and out of nowhere six flags will adding a dueling launched mega coaster with over 7,000 feet of track combined!

Yes! Why don't you aim to have slightly higher standards for humanity and not want ANYTHING carved/written on property that isn't theirs!!!!?? We most certainly have higher standards on our forum and would rather not have someone posting here who is "okay" with someone else vandalizing a part of a theme park. There is simply no excuse for that at all. If this ride ends up being like the newer air launched coasters like bullet coaster and oct thrust I will be happy, those look pretty good and intense. Anyone had a chance to ride those?

Here is the construction on the former site of the church. It doesn’t look like a storage warehouse but it might be offices. Maybe they are freeing up room by ghostrider!! Fingers crossed! Construction on the former Church site

I think this looks great as I was a big fan of Valravyn when I went to Cedar Point back in June! Does anyone think B&M will ever go beyond vertical with one of their dive machines?

I’m betting that the “two is better than one” clue means the ride will feature two launches. Seems to be the most logical.

It does look smaller than I thought it would be, I thought they would be clearing out the old deja vu spot as well. If it stays at that foot print, you can almost guarantee the Mack Spinner sky rocket thing. It’s still really early on in construction though , so the site may get bigger.

I disagree with everything you guys are saying about Goliath. Yes, the MCBR is annoying but the ride has always been an icon at the Park and is just plain fun. If you compare it to Millenium Force then yes it falls short, but if you put it at Knotts it would probably be the favorite amongst guests(not saying the best ride). I have always thought the drop has given the great stomach feeling and to this day feels like the longest drop I’ve ever done(mainly because of the 60 degree drop). Stop being haters

Honestly man, you may have hit it right on the nose. I think this makes perfect sense and hits all of the rumors and fits the Six Flags bill, a world’s first. In fact my choice for the area due to space was a S&S 4D free spin but they wouldn’t do that because of X2. My money is on this concept.

The only reason I don’t think this is the case is because SFMM won’t have anything to really market with a new land and a name change on apocalypse. As Robb said before it has to be the spinniest, whateverest for them to invest in it. At the same time they could throw a new theme on apocalypse, add a name change, add some water effects and market it as the worlds first wooden liquid coaster. After they marketed the worlds first virtual loop on Justice League, absolutely nothing is off the table!

I’m going to laugh so hard if they just refurbish the area to adrenaline alley and change the name of Apocalypse to MaxxForce or west coast racer and call it a day. Looking on google maps there isn’t that much room back there, unless the ride goes around roaring rapids and ninja. I really hope this isn’t the case but just throwing it out there!

Personally I’m kind of hoping it’s not a Spinner, but I can see the commercials now claiming “worlds tallest spinning coaster” If you live in Southern California you know exactly what commercials I’m talking about lol

The new rumor from screamscape sounds pretty convincing this will be a Mack coaster and an expensive one!! Is SFMM finally getting their first huge coaster investment since 2006?!!

Adrenaline Alley and West Coaster Racer, I’d say there’s a connection there. I can’t imagine them doing another dueling coaster just off the heels of TC. I have no clue the direction they might go on this one.
