  1. Thank you all for the replies . Considering that it's July, I just wanted to make sure. ^My main concern was getting a decent amount of rides on I305 (my favorite steel). 30 minutes max doesn't sound too bad. I've already been to the park, so skipping over Ricochet or Shockwave isn't a big deal if necessary. The other lines don't sound too terrible. I might do the water park, depending how the day is going. Wave pools aren't a big deal to me. They're fun if I catch them while the waves are going; otherwise I'll skip them.
  2. I'm going to the park this Wednesday (7/9) and I'm contemplating getting Fast Lane Plus; it's $65. What do you guys think? Will the crowds be worth it?
  3. The gone-but-not-forgotten Python at Busch Gardens Tampa. It holds a bit of sentimental value for me, as it was my first coaster. I loved it at the time, even though it was a head-banger
  4. Lol it could be a clue, or it could be a ruse to throw us off. Or there could simply be no correlation and they're just using Mack trucks.
  5. Best option, IMO, would be replace it with a superior woodie. Mean Streak is just such a huge coaster that does a whole lot of nothing, and Cedar Point could really use a signature wooden coaster.
  6. Shivering Timbers at MIA on Sunday. It definitely lives up to the hype!
  7. Yep it's official https://www.cedarpoint.com/what-s-new/park-update?mobile=0
  8. ^Yikes that is pretty severe. I was hoping to go to the park tomorrow, but that's not a good sign .
  9. I'm at the park as well. Got two rides on MF before the closure. Blah... Any other suggestions for the Sandusky area? For those who are here, they're giving exit passes to season pass holders instead of ticket refunds.
  10. I'm heading out to Cedar Point on Saturday and Sunday!
  11. Some random sentences about me: I go by Brian, primarily. I live by the Mississippi River on the IL/IA border. The closest park to me is actually Adventureland in Altoona, IA, about 2.5 hours away. I've loved coasters almost my entire life, and my count is currently at 270. I've been to a bunch of parks across the US and two in Canada. My favorite park is Cedar Point. I've read the forums for over a year now and just joined a few days ago. Aside from coasters, I absolutely love road trips, skiing, hiking, kayaking, and video games. I'm going to start camping very soon as well (just ordered a tent earlier this week).
