  1. Well apparently, the guests were asked to leave by the ride attendant and refused... so they took it to the next level to get them off the ride.
  2. Now this I love to see, guests being escorted off the ride for line cutting...
  3. King's Island -Adventure Expresss -Firehawk -Flying ACE Aerial Chase -Invertigo -Woodstock Express Great Adventure -Batman: The Ride -Superman Ultimate Flight -Blackbeards Lost Treasure Train -Runaway Mine Train King's Dominion -Woodstock Express -Avalanche California's Great America -Woodstock Express
  4. I think it's actually been pretty civil in this thread, have you SEEN the KD thread? Now that's arguing
  5. Wait so the 10 inversion free spin is supposed to be twice as tall as the one at SFFT???
  6. it would be amazing if Six Flags batch ordered some GTX models, i think the GP would eat them up. And like you said for $7 million a pop, its right up SF's alley.
  7. ^ & ^^ looks crazy because so many people are running for cover lol
  8. It definitely helps with nausea, but I figured out what helps even more without taking it. Not eating at the park!! I only eat before I get there and I also try not to over drink fluids while I'm there. I try doing all my hydrating the day before. Usually I'll buy like a bottle of water and a gatorade at some point during the visit to keep the electrolytes up (especially if it's hot) and that's it. If you do have to eat, take at least an hour break before riding anything with inversions, especially Tatsu (I recommend 2-3 hrs after eating). Everyone's body is different, but this is what has worked for me
  9. Alan Schilke was at the park a couple weeks ago, but he was there as part of Ride Centerline, not RMC or S&S or any subsidiary in particular. Here's to a Hyper GTX Would be 100% down for a GTX. Same here haha, I'm down for anything Lightning Run-esque
  10. These were awesome, thank you
  11. I love the color scheme on Darien Lake's Viper, I couldnt find a good pic of it though
  12. Because it's a cheap way to market something "new"
  13. Can't argue with this either. Thunderbird was in fact awesome! I would love a Fury 325 type layout with the wingrider. It would be the closest we get to having a Maverick besides I305. Now THAT would be interesting!!
  14. I do agree to disagree, but you've never elaborated on how they are similar How is getting a coaster "unfortunate"? Do you enjoy this hobby at all? I didn't elaborate because I didn't feel a need to, my opinion. And no, I hate rollercoasters...they're so disgusting and lame. I want them all blown up
  15. With Six Flags and re-rides, I really think it just depends on who the ride op is. Some are more laid back and don't care, while others have a huge chip on their shoulders.
  16. but a B&M wing rider seems the most likely. Unfortunately, I think KD will end up with one...Cedar Fair is ridiculously predictable these days
  17. What? Wing coasters are nothing like floorless coasters. Sitting coasters are the only thing similar to floorless coasters in the B&M portfolio. Welp I think they're similar, you do not. Agree to disagree. End of.
  18. If it's real, I absolutely LOVE the theme and colors....*chants* please be real, please be real, please be real...nam myoho renge kyo
  19. I was there last Sunday, and while it was moderately crowded, the only rides that had long lines were Laff Trakk and Fahrenheit. Everything else was 10 mins or less. Have fun on Skyrush, my fave coaster of all time!!!
  20. The more I think about it, the more a wing coaster seems redundant at KD with Dominator there. Why can't Cedar Fair install a major coaster other than a B&M?? A Mack bluefire type ride, an RMC conversion of Hurler, something from S&S or Gerstlauer...something...ANYTHING!!!
  21. Yeah the Great America leak was totally real, the MM leak wasnt even on the webpage like GAM's was, just a badly cropped photo going around the net. I could see MM getting a Larson Loop if infact Six Flags is still purchasing them... but a tilt a whirl and flying scooters just arent MM's style. Plus MM had a tilt a whirl in the past and they got rid of it, why would they put in another one?
  22. ^Maybe it's just me, but I've never greyed out on Goliath...even opening year when the MCBR didn't bring the train to a complete stop. I greyed out all 7 times I rode i305, then again it was in the 90's and humid the day I rode i305...so could've been a factor as well.
  23. Diamondback and Apollo's Chariot definitely both blew me away, so I'm a proponent of the B&M hyper. Though, I wasn't overly impressed by Nitro. Maybe I was just expecting more from Nitro after seeing it hyped up for all these years. Probably also didn't help that we marathoned El Toro before riding Nitro, so it kinda made Nitro feel tame in comparison lol
