This is me. Same age, generally same problem. Although for the past ten years or so I have begun to avoid anything that spins in a tight radius (tea cups, spinning mice) I can still ride and re-ride and even marathon coasters, even the not-so-smooth types, without issue, all day. I'm pretty proactive and do tend to avoid drinking the night before a day at the park, I take Advil before I ride anything, and I stay as hydrated as possible all day. But the day AFTER, forget about it. Especially when I'm riding/walking/riding/walking non-stop all day, its like a full blown hangover the next, sometime next two days. I'm weak, tired, random unexplained pains, and I just want to lay in bed all day. Every time I'm like "Boo-hoo I'm old!"

It was discussed a couple pages back about the renaming/retheming of SM. Just guessing but from the description it sounds like the queue will be themed, probably some sort of walk thru xmas light display but the actual ride will be in the dark still. Also someone was asking about Blackbeards being open, this confirms that it will be closed. Looks like the closest anyone will be able to get to ToteMay construction is the Flash Pass building.

I've heard people smoking ciggs in queues and weed being smoked on the Skyway but a blunt on the way up Nitros lift is taking it to the next level.

I don't like lines. Longest is probably an hour for Kingda Ka the first time I rode it, I'll never do that again. I usually won't wait longer than 30 minutes for a ride, that's my threshold. And that's for rides I like. If all the lines are bad I'll spring for a Flash Pass, even at my home park. I am very impatient.

Nice report, Password. You picked a nice day to go. Ive been very envious of everyone at the park the last two days. Unrelated, can anyone confirm that the park is in fact changing the music inside Skull Mountains to this for HITP?
