  1. You know you're at a Six Flags park if you see DC and Warner Brothers licensed properties attached to Rides and Stores.
  2. How many times has Knott's Chicken Dinner been mentioned in this thread? If it isn't at least once per post it's not nearly enough.
  3. You know before I saw the most recent pics of Wicked Cyclone I was definitely looking forward to Twisted Colossus more. After seeing the pictures, I feel exactly the same. But WC sure looks fun.
  4. It's like if candy and sex had a baby........
  5. Enjoy the brain damage and lawyers fees, idiot.
  6. I haven't read a single complaint. You're right though, a layout change is totally not something worth talking about.
  7. Hey if anything look at the positive side of this. Now there's no real excuse to ever not have the trains duel. (Cue the canned "Oh but it's SFMM, they'll find the way" responses)
  8. From what I've seen of the angle of the block I'm thinking it'll still be there, but curve back directly into the block brake instead of doing that sweet dive + turn through the structure.
  9. Man that straight section of track leading up to the Blue>Green transition is getting unnervingly long...... I understand it's going to have to be at least long enough for a train to sit in it, but the new pictures make it look two times that. I'm chalking it up to a bad angle for now and crossing my fingers.
  10. When I hear Twisty I think less rob more AHS: Freak Show.
  11. I don't think it's an issue of where, but rather how. Regardless, I agree with you. Something as insignificant as a fraction of a second of the ride isn't going to make or break what's obviously going to be an amazing coaster.
  12. I can't believe how good the blue looks on the orange. Good choice, SFMM!
  13. My guess is you're not going to be fully stopped in that brake run, but just slow down to a manageable speed before the lift. Though it will no doubt have the ability to stop you and act as a full block brake.
  14. Not gonna lie, the reverse banked airtime hill into the dive into the structure looked like one of the coolest parts. Hopefully they're able to at least keep part of the dive.
  15. I, for one, am fan of coasters above anything else. The entire park could be set on cinderblocks in a dusty barren fairgrounds somewhere (and to be completely honest parts of the park aren't too far away from that description) and as long as they've got the coaster collection they currently have I'd still go, have the most amazing day, and still be incredibly appreciative that I live within driving distance of such amazing rides.
  16. It always surprises me that people are still care about SFMM's theming situation. Magic Mountain's always gonna try to do some little theming here or there and it'll always be cute but meh at best, that's just how things go there. I think I was 8 or 9 when I figured out SFMM is for coasters and Disneyland/Knotts/USH are for themed experiences. Can't believe some adults aren't able to understand that.
  17. Track is now up and over the hill before the high five. Really can't get over how small it is compared to the first drop. Wow.
  18. Yolo viewpoint sure sounds a lot more fun to be around.
  19. I like to stop in the Main Street Cinema on the way out of Disneyland and cry for 5-10 minutes before heading back to the hotel.
  20. There is no face palm gif on the internet appropriate enough for the above post.
  21. They seem to be coming mostly from the greater Massachusetts area.
