I got the Labor Day gold pass deal and was able to park for free at Marine World over the weekend.

It looks really stretched out. I'm thinking Goliath-esque floater there. The hills leading into and out of the high five, green's double down, blue's hill under green's top gun stall, both double ups into the second turn around, and the reverse banked blue hill leading into the green lift are going to be insane though.

I figured being from California like me, your definition of airtime would already be pretty damn broad. I even consider the small drop leading into the corkscrew on Top Gun to have airtime

I meant the small airtime hill that happens under the exit walkway before the first turnaround.

Apocalypse actually has a similar airtime hill right after the drop, it just curves a bit to the right first.

I hope it's either red/purple/red/purple if it's four trains, or red/purple/third color if it's three. Would be boring to have two of the same color dueling.

I completely agree. While it's nice to get a pass for that cheap (including season parking!) it sucks because parents start using the park as their babysitter. But honestly we're just repeating old discussions at this point.

I can understand when people ask for things like a cleaner park atmosphere, better guest relations, and more efficient ride operations. Asking for things like more flat rides/shows/entertainment/themed experiences is something I've never understood, though. Why would Six Flags want to spend any money on those when it knows Disneyland/Knotts/USH are just down the 5 a few miles. They know what they're good at, and like the poster above me said; they know what their clientele wants. I personally wouldn't care if they demolished every non-coaster attraction in that park to fit even just one or two more big coasters in.

I'd say it's going to be nice when in 2016 it's still dueling as designed and we can laugh at all of them, but I'll probably be too busy enjoying an amazing world class coaster to even care.

Definitely Stealth at CGA. I wasn't an enthusiast at the time so I wasn't really actively following announcements and construction of coasters like I do today. So when I saw Stealth under construction with a normal lift hill then inverted drop it literally blew my mind out of the front of my face.
