If they don't open it for this weekend will they open it at all? I was hoping maybe I could get a ride on it it while I head down to WCB, but maybe it'll have to wait until next year.

They already have a Power Tower so I can't see why they would do this. Power Tower is a completely different ride than Lex Luthor, I've been on both multiple times, but Dragster uses the space in between the tower as the queue for the ride, so it would be very hard for them to build a drop tower off the side.

Aren't we expecting Iron Colossus in 2015 and some flats the next few years?

^ My favorite is also Medusa, it looks insane, lots of airtime hills, and an awesome zero-g-roll. But Goliath is a close second, hopefully it meets the standards of Outlaw Run, or exceeds them.

SO are we expecting big crowds during the day at SFMM, or should we be able to get in plenty of rides during the day as well.

If they had put it near Goldrusher, or in DC Universe, it would be much better, because there are a few rides in those areas that younger kids can go on. Obviously it doesn't really matter to me because I never go in the kids areas except to get my credits.

The only reason they're adding the coaster, is so they can say they have the most kiddie coasters in the world, and so they can push further away from CP in the race for most coasters.

I wouldn't expect any mention of Collossus tomorrow but you never know If Iron Collossus is for 2015 I'd expect an announcement in earlly to mid 2014 Maybe once FF starts, telling everyone to get their last rides in, because it's closing after FF, and is going to be changed or whatever they want to say.

Maybe they could just have like a month or two of season. Not 4 months, but 4-5 weeks just to clean up and refurb some rides.

Sledgehammer is ridiculous. When I was marathoning Behemoth for CFK's, waiting on the brake run, you could see Sledgehammer, and I would say that for at least half the day, if not more, it was broken or not operating.

^ Yeah, sorry, we would be renting a car from whichever airport we fly into, and then dropping it off in another airport, probably Charlotte Int. Airport and either Richmond or DC airport.

Hi, I'm trying to start planning a trip to 3 parks on the East Coast/South, and I had four parks in mind. SFOG, Carowinds, KD, and BGW. Right now I'm leaning towards KD, BGW, and Carowinds, but do you think that SFOG is something special and I should go there instead of one of the other parks? Also, are there any other places that I should go to rather than this area, I've been to CP, KI, and CW, as well as most all of the New England parks. Thanks for any tips in advance!

I would imagine it would be the park pushing to get the ride open sooner, rather than the manufacturer.

Not sure exactly what time, but when I woke up to get ready for school it was already up at 6:50am PST, so it's pretty early.

Did you sell out last year too? I feel like I bought my ticket fairly close to the event days. Last year we had more tickets available as we had more rides during ERT. We like to scale things a bit so that we can ensure lines will be short during ERT sessions. Usually lines during West Coast Bash ERTs are non-existant. Perhaps towards the start of ERT, but you should be able to get in PLENTY of rides! Awesome! Thanks, I do remember nothing had a line during ERT, except GL:FL, what a mistake that was!

Grizzly is a pretty boring ride, but Mean Streak is WAY worse than it. I would rather ride Grizzly than Mean Streak for sure.
