But then if no one answers they'll just go right on to the next name. "Bush, party of three." Yeah, what happened to the Dufresnes? No one seems to give a shit. Who can eat at a time like this? People are missing! You fuckers are selfish. The Dufresnes are in someone's trunk right now, with duct tape over their mouths. And they're hungry. That's a double whammy. Oh gosh, Coaster: Maverick would have to be the one...though I would like to split custody with El Toro. Maverick on weekdays and El Toro for the weekend. Flat: Demon Drop. I always start laughing after it drops and I'm on my back. It just puts me in a good mood afterwards!

Wow, I don't stalk this forum for a month and come back to find out Disaster Transports last day is tomorrow and I hadn't gotten to say my final goodbye and that Fast Lane raised its prices??? I just went to Canadas Wonderland last month and paid $40 each for 2 Fast Lane tickets (though that might have been an error on the employees part since at the time I thought it was $50 each for 2..but I wasn't about to question it )...and now $60? I mean, I do understand the reasoning after reading the posts here but gosh, give me some GOOD news Cedar Point!

I'm coming here in a little more than a week for the first time to finally ride El Toro and take it off my bucket list! Anyhow, reading reviews on Yelp, someone posted a picture holding a cup of spicy corn at the park and was wondering if anone knew what restaurant/stand serves this. Thanks!

Before reading this thread I never noticed anyone say anything ridiculous but I was never listening either. I witnessed my first "someone died on this coaster moment" (Silver Comet at Fantasy Island) and I can't believe how common these remarks are! I guess I'm going to have to start eavesdropping on the GP from now on to get a laugh or two!

When I was probably about 12 or 13 my friend and I had went on Viper at Darien Lake. I don't remember details but somehow the ride started without the restraints being locked. I'm freaking out thinking it was just mine but it was the whole train so everyone started screaming and they didn't stop the ride and roll it back till we were almost to the top of the hill. I was terrified and was planning out how I'd hold onto the car if they didn't stop it and if you've been on Viper you'd know there weren't a lot of options. I don't know if things changed but then as I recall we didn't even have a seatbelt, just the otsr's that once you pull down are supposed to lock. To top it off also I remember the ride ops not apologizing for what happened or really saying anything to us about it at all because I was kind of waiting for an explanation. At least that incident didn't scar me and make me never want to go on another coaster, but I always give myself a tug and make sure everything is in working order now!

I have to embarrassingly admit that Disaster Transport is the best dark coaster I've been on because it's the only one I've been on. When I was fortunate enough to go to Disney 15 years ago I was too afraid to go on anything. Kicking myself now! One day I'll experience what a real dark coaster should be....one day.

When I'm in line for over an hour for a ride, it breaks down but I still wait over 30 minutes for it to come back up because I'm next or I'm super close and then end up giving up and leaving the line only to have it start back up less than 5 minutes after I leave is a bad day. That's not seriously bad, but it ruins my day!!! My sisters worst day would be when it was 90+ degrees out and having a bird poop on her head while at Darien Lake. Thats a pretty bad day!

I'm going to Canadas Wonderland on Tuesday and was so looking to ride Sledgehammer for the first time but I had seen on another site its down. Anyone been there the last few days that could give me an update? I heard it'd be up at the end of June but I'm hoping the 18th is late enough!

Drop Towers terrify me and thats I love them. I love the rush and fear sitting at the top waiting to drop. I cannot wait for Lex Luther Drop of Doom.

Wow! I thought that was photoshopped. That is awesome, another reason for me to go to Colorado! My favorite rides are drop towers but they also scare me the most! Lex Luther will be the ultimate scare!
