^ that's good, I was hoping he would be in a couple scenes. I can't wait to go ride it. hopefully I will be there soon. Also, glad to hear that they didn't change the ride too drastically, when I first heard about this, I was a little uneasy since it is my, and I'm sure many others, favorite disney ride. EDIT: I heard Johnny Depp was going to be there on Sunday for some event having to do with the ride, can someone confirm this?

I was dissapointed that Excelerator broke down, I wanted to ride it some more. I think Silver Bullet may have had some sort of power problem, I walked by after they got it running again and I noticed a portable generator on a trailer that I didn't remember seeing there earlier. Not sure what that was about.

Don't think this has been answered yet, Where is Jack Sparrow in the ride?

Does excelerator and/or silver bullet break down often? I was there today for the first time in a long time and both coasters broke down. excelerator broke down around noon and was closed the rest of the day, they had people working in the station for most of the day, at least I was able to get on it once before it broke down. As if that wasn't enough, I was going to eat lunch and then go ride silver bullet since it was the only coaster there that I had not yet been on. I looked toward SB and it had broken down too, it was stuck at the very top of the lift. People were stuck there for about 25 mins. then they released them and they all walked back down the lift. Luckily it started working later and I was able to get on it. I just wanted to know, does this kind of thing happen often, or was it just because I was there?

While Intamin makes some good coasters, B&M is by far the best. I like their Inverted and Flying coasters the best.

I like B&M Flyer Cars, they look cool. I also like X's Cars, and Space Mountain Cars. B&M inverted cars are cool too.

Two of my favorites are Tatsu and Deja Vu at SFMM. Ghostrider and Silver Bullet at Knotts Berry Farm. And California Screamin at DCA.

I think Tatsu is a pretty cool name. How about Goliath, that's original.

I agree, if you're willing to go out of your way to be an idiot, then it's your fault and no one elses. You can't blame someone for something that wasn't their fault.

looks like you guys are having a hell of a time already. I'm going on one of these trips as soon as I possibly can, which unfortunately, won't be for a while, but I will eventually.

I would use the Disneyland area as a base. Stay in a hotel there, that way you are close to Disneyland, and Knotts is only a short drive away. From there it's a little bit of a drive to SFMM, but it's not too far, you could probably get there in 1-2 hours depending on traffic. Just a suggestion.

My favorite would have to be Deja Vu at SFMM. It's pretty fun, not too rough either.

Okay, I thought it might be kind of fun to go for the longest thread on TPR, just start talking about stuff, coaster news, what you had for breakfast, Etc. But no flaming, being rude towards other members, spamming or anything else that might result in this thread being locked. I just thought it would be cool, maybe some people will like it maybe some won't, I don't know. Don't just put random one word posts in either, try to actually say something funny or newsworthy. I'll start it off with a question and it can just go from there. What is your favorite themepark food? Mine would have to be churros.

First, I have loved rollercoasters for as long as I can remember, I wasn't involved in the coaster community in any way, and, I had no idea how big it was, all I really knew about was ACE since they're on just about every rollercoaster show on tv. Anyway, last year we went to SFMM, now it had been a few months since I had gone because of problems between my parents, when my mom and I got there and parked in the parking lot, I looked towards the back of the lot and noticed track pieces, at first I couldn't tell what they were because we were so far away but I took my camera and zoomed in on them, I got SOOOOO excited when I saw that. When I got home later that day I was determined to find out what kind of coaster It was. After much surfing around the internet I happened to stumble across TPR. I've been on TPR regularly(Every day), since then, and attended Tatsu's Media Day.

I have to say the S-turn on Psyclone, messed my back up for a week.

It is a disgrace to have TPR members act that way. It was pretty damn generous of them to do this whole event, they didn't have to invite us to ride Tatsu. But they did, and some people didn't seem to appreciate that, and decided to complain and be obnoxious, thats a pretty crappy thing to do. Do you people that misbehaved want us to not get invited to these kind of events anymore, I don't want that to happen, and I'm sure I'm not alone. It's embarassing to all your fellow TPR members when you act that way. The employees are just there doing their jobs, so don't give them any sh** about it. I just had to get that out, I really hate it when people do that kind of thing.
