How do you watch your movies?
molemaster43 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Yeah. One thing I really love about buying DVD's is seeing my collection on my shelf grow. It is so neat to have a hard copy just to look at. It is also a lot more fun to go into the store and browse rather than buy online. -

I haven't been to Dollywood since 2007, but two things that I didn't like about it were County Fair and Jukebox Junction. I personally didn't think they fit in. Of what I can compare, I do prefer Outlaw Run to Thunderhead and Fire in the Hole to Blazing Fury, so I'll have to give Silver Dollar City the edge. I would like to go to Dollywood soon, though, to make a better comparison.

In past years, I've been pretty limited in terms of buying DVDs and Blu-Rays myself. I usually get them as gifts. I've bought 2-5 DVDs this year and two Blu-Rays. As far as the RAW videos go, I do not own any of the Blu-Ray versions, but do own all of the DVD versions. -

Looks like a nifty smaller scale woodie. Intamin seems to have done a pretty good job with this ride. -
^I shrug off all scientific inaccuracies. I go to movies to be entertained, not to be astounded by scientific accuracy. It would only matter to me if it was a documentary.

From what I've seen, pretty bad movie. It only has a 5.2/10 on IMDb from 6,440 users. Just got home from Gravity. This movie was one of the most intense movies I have ever seen and had a ton of seats that had me on the edge of my seat. Not only intense, but this movie featured the slickest and most fascinating CGI I have ever seen. The visuals are incredible. The score worked extremely well with the film. After Gravity, I honestly felt like sitting down and comprehending what I just watched. Fascinating movie. 10/10 Gravity was a bit of an impulse viewing option, but it was definitely worth it. After Thor: The Dark World, I should be done for 2013 theater-wise.

Magnificent NCSO work! Always good to see some more NCSO builders on here. The one thing I love about NCSO is that you have to try to be really creative with the pieces your are given. You seem to be able to do that with ease. Can't wait to see some more. -
Some of the "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl's" score.
