Well, I don't think there is too much of a difference. It's not really a matter of coaster type. It's more like company preferations. Vekoma makes all of the boomerangs I know of, and Schwartzkoph makes all the shuttle loops I've ridden. I prefer boomerangs over loops. Boomerangs have 3 (6) inversions, no matter how rough, and loops have 1 (2) inversions. Now, if B&M started designing boomerangs, I think everyone would have a different opinion. Oops, I forgot about Premier and Arrow. But Vekoma and Schwartzkoph are the major producers.

Well, what was said earlier, you can't blame the company for providing what the parks want! If there's a clone, its the park's fault, not the company. B&M has more variety than Intamin. B&M- 7 Intamin- 4 Cost cannot be compared between companies. And a lot of companies get the supports and track filled with sand to reduce the noise. This is expensive and jacks up the price. With element variety, what elements does Intamin have that B&M doesn't? Intamin is creative in how they get the coaster going. B&M is creative in how the coaster moves after it gets moving. and its spelled beautiful, not beautyful

No, I've seen it race, and the left goes off the lift first, and the right catches up. The imbalance is caused by the left turn out of the station taken by both trains.

To try to breath life to this... B&M has my vote. B&M has more variety with: StandUp coasters, inverts, hyper, dive machines, floorless, flying coasters, and a rarity, the sit-down. Its rare that you find a rough B&M. Intamin only has, as far as I know, the hypercoaster, rocket coaster, and the woodie, and they are rough more than B&M are.

I was just wondering. Does Rolling Thunder have any airtime of the right side's first hill? I was looking for some pics and I saw that the right side's second hill is considerably shorter than the left side's.
