I say this half sarcastically and half seriously since I used to be a ride op at another CF park but what you described sounds like KI was probably breaking some regulation by keeping the coaster open since the ops couldn't see each other! As of a view years ago, one of the downtime codes used by CF was literally "too dark to operate".

Maybe I just have bad memory but I have never heard of a park confirming a leak. I'm surprised by them confirming the SWO leak but even more astonished that they basically confirmed ALL the rides from that presentation slide deck.

I wish I could find the video - but there is one circulating the interwebs that shows what I’m referring to with that 3-5 minute comment. Of course it’s probably far from exact but it was certainly longer than 10-20 seconds. The guy easily got 20-30 more rotations while the ride was holding for him to stop spinning, both in the video and when I caught him in person back in late June Skip to 50 seconds.

^^I worked at CW last season and it became clear very fast that most of the employees that have been there since SkyRider was removed knew about Ziz. Ziz was cancelled because the Canadian dollar took a tumble just as they were going to greenlight it. From what I understand, its still on the table....they're are just waiting for the dollar to make it actually worth it to build.

It can't be a drop track. Blueprints clearly show the entire shed is a transfer track area.

Seems like there is the yellow/black caution tape on both sides of the track. Hmmm.... There is also a brick wall that is in the middle of the building. Maybe it will be a drop track... It also looks like the track turns into steel inside the building.

Why can't it be at the end? That building looks perfect for a drop track. The only way it can be a drop track is if the track drops, but then comes back up with the train.
