  1. I'll be there. Awesome! Can't wait to see you there .
  2. Anyone else on here going to Micechat's haunt event? Just purchased my tickets today! I went last year with TPR and had an amazing time so I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of going.
  3. Another brilliant TR! It's an honor to be in one of your pics. Keep em comin!
  4. Great pictures! Haven't been up to CGA in a long time, I guess this will give me a reason to go .
  5. Indeed it was. Had quite an interesting layout too. Also, nice ice cream cone diet for the bears :\.
  6. Sound's like good news to me! Let's pray that it comes true .
  7. I was wondering the same thing. Last year was amazing .
  8. Great pics as always! I guess the blue cars on The Magic Experience were out of magic that day.
  9. Congrats Colin! It's always great to see a fellow TPR member living their dream.
  10. 1. Timberline Twister @ KBF 100. Ride of Steel at Darien Lake Almost to 150!
  11. I wouldn't mind that either. Seeing videos and pictures of Griffon and Sheikra make me wish something like that would come to the west coast. Whatever it is, I just hope it's something at least a little thrilling.
  12. Yeah that place was pretty depressing to be honest. There was more greenery on the walkways than inside the deer pen. Like stated before, there wasn't too much to do. You'd walk a half mile, ride a flat, walk another half mile, ride a flat, and there would be no food places or anything really open in between. But I'm not too concerned about that over the safety and well being of the animals, so let's hope it improves or someone else takes over.
  13. Another excellent PTR! Can't wait for the Coasting for Kids one. Maybe I'll be in some of the photos .
  14. Whatever they get, as long as it's decent I'll be happy. I've never been a huge fan on Perilous Plunge, especially after the 2nd gen boats came. Here's to hoping for my home park .
  15. Since my mom worked at Knott's for many years and I used to live in Anaheim, I'd consider it my home park. That being said, I consider Xcelerator the best coaster there.
  16. Those are actually really cool! I'd love to see them in action in real life .
  17. Martin's was definitely an interesting looking park. They had alot of flats that I wanted to try, so hopefully next time we'll be able to stay longer . Regardless the woodie was really great.
  18. I was there too! I must've seen you! When I heard the Batman question, I was thinking "they aren't going to get that right!" and then I was surprised when you did. And it seems SEFK is only going to run 1 side on weekdays now. Yesterday they were just running the right side and the line was to the entrance by 11:45. Haha yeah that was me in the grey shirt, and yeah the line was quite long for SEFK all day :\.
  19. Just got back from the park! Amazing day and I had a great first experience with LLDOD. Longest wait all day was around 40 mins for X. Everything else was minimal to walk on. I rode Lex on both sides and ended up favoring the "2" Side (Facing Goliath). Both times I rode SEFK was running and the sway was amazing. Truely a great ride and totally re ride-able. I also loved the queue! . I participated in a pre opening trivia game and was asked what year was Batman opened? I answered 1994. When it was almost my turn to get asked another question time ran out and I lost a BO1 Rock,Paper, Scissors duel . Oh well
  20. From the SFMM Facebook page: Good idea to live stream the media event for those who can't make it. I'll be watching it for sure
  21. Unfortunately, I'm leaving the day it opens for a week long vacation, so I won't be able to get a ride in until the following week after .
  22. Samurai Summit at SFMM always feels really empty to me whenever I go. I guess just because of the climb up the hill you have to take to get to the top .
  23. Can't wait too see this! It's going to be awesome seeing Robb on the big screen and some coaster competition .
  24. Just going to agree with the general consensus and say Scream at SFMM. Nothing else really sticks out or has that isolated parking lot feel that I've ridden.
  25. Very interesting news! Can't wait to hear more about this mysterious woodie .
