There is no reason to give our hopes up about Lake Monster just because of somebody got thrown out of and killed on a similar coaster to what is planned to be built. They haven't even made the "Lake Monster" plans official yet!

^Why can't they do both? Make various improvements parkwide (I.E. repaint Ride of Steel and Mind Eraser and new lights for Giant Wheel) and put in the new coaster. They had kind of done in past years like repainting 'Cuda Falls and moving the lockers into the former "Barracuda Bay" water park entrance when they expanded the water park as well as repainting Viper in 2010, in 2012 they repainted Corn Popper and got rid of the fading "Gotham City" mural from Galaxy Theater since they're not using.

On the site the photo they used for Viper was taken back when the "yellow" train was used and the track was green. But Mind Eraser and Blast Off aren't listed on the site!

Well, then did you think that Darien Lake took this photo of 'Cuda Falls in 2010 or did they just Photoshopped an old photo of it to add the new slide colors?

WHAT!?, how "sneaky" of Darien Lake to do such a thing to use picture of similar attractions at other parks instead of their own! maybe they don't have enough recent photos of their attraction and resorted to use old photos, I mean why can't they just take new photos of their attractions instead of using another park's photo?
