Well I can think of some rides that every park outside of the Disney or Universal chain needs! . A kiddie coaster . A family coaster for the the "In between" crowd that's under 48" tall . A Gerstlauer or Maure Shone spinning coaster ( ) . A Ferris Wheel (non kiddie) . A Scrambler . A drop tower

Then Disney would charge a fortune for admission for both parks! What if Disney had bought all of the Cedar Fair parks?

An intense Roller Skater! Would you rather watch nothing but Full House for 24 hours or watch nothing but Mad About You for 24 hours?

Ride Viper at SFMM! Would you rather have Darien Lake reopen 'Cuda Falls or have Darien Lake remove 'Cuda Falls (and Floodgate Fall!) for a Gerstlauer spinning coaster?

Then Six Flags and Cedar Fair would have to buy some of the parks back! What if Six Flags had bought both Great America theme parks?
