Please help clear this up. Someone I know is arguing with me that the security monitors shut off in Maverick's control booth every time a train launches. I refuse to believe that something like this happens. I just don't think that it is practical for any equipment attached to a roller coaster to have power surges. It doesn't seem safe. Also, according to him, there are a lot worse things going on at cedar point. I just don't think he knows much about things. He works on the CP fire department and walks through the park a lot but I just don't see how any of his stories are logical. Cyrus

This was said a while ago, but I have to say.. GIRLS DO THAT WITH EACH OTHER! EVERY school dance all the girls danced together... grinding on each other. Sometimes they feel better about this so that guys don't get a little harder in between their legs on the girl. This isn't a problem a lot of guys have, but some do. I think any gay guy or girl would tell you the same thing. In my opinion, if that was the only reason you broke up with her... you made a mistake... -Cyrus

UPDATE: Currently I am having severe difficulties getting the free fall carriage onto the tower, So the ride will be delayed. HOWEVER, I do have a great ride that will be put in instead. King Tut: The Curse. I will be posting full construction on this ride as soon as I can figure out how to resize the pictures! -Cyrus

Well, with the final update for now... until the next to ride... which I can announce... but will do so after this update.. Welcome in!! Ferris Wheel area Picnic by the Ferris Wheel! Bumper cars are always fun! Overview of some of the park so far. Looks alright in my opinion. Better than I was actually hoping! There is definitely room for more, and the next ride will be cool too! Here is the announcement for the new Ride!! The pressure is building to build something explosive... Introducing X-Cite Park's newest attraction, Volcano! Free Fall in and out of an active volcano!! Yes, there will be a free fall ride, and it will be built into a Volcano!! Stay Tuned!! Cyrus

Some cars have showed up in the parking lot as well... Thanks for looking. Check back soon

This was my first year to kings island's Halloween haunt. I am used to knott's scary farm from previous years and tend to find it pretty exciting each year. Now, kings island had some food and some bad in my honest opinion. First, the scare zones... Or lack there of. There were ZERO scare zones. Scare zones are something that I think every theme park doing a haunted attraction should include. Second, the scareActors definitely need more practice. Some of them were just not good at all. Third, mazes: 1. Slaughter House: though not incredibly scary, this attraction had a certain appeal to it. I think this was one of the most detailed attractions because it included sights, sounds, and smells. Also utilizing some of the better haunt effects. Not necessarily one that I would consider a must hit, but worth the wait if you choose to check it out. 2. Urgent Scare: we waited in a long line with a repetitive sound track that got annoying, then when we finally got through, waited in another long line that had another annoying sound track. Then were forced to have ou pictures taken. The scenes were just ok and the scareactors were medeocre. I'd say, steer clear of this one! Thumbs down. 3. Club Blood: we didn't get a chance to go through this one due to EXTREMELY high crowd volumes. This was the single longest line for any maze in the park all night! 4. Death Row: GREAT maze. Probably the best indoor maze at KI. It wasthe true definition of a maze and definitely scary. It had such a chaotic feeling. The scene was set perfectly! Thumbs way up on this one! 5. Massacre Manor: this was our first maze of the night and set a standard for the rest of the evening. Thumbs up! It was fun. Good setting, scareActors were pretty good in this one. Don't miss out o. This one if you get the chance to visit. 6. CarnEvil: ok, this was our last maze. Thumbs up. not that scary, but not lame either. The 3D was pretty cool and the scenes were great fun to look at! The line moves slow so either go straight here, or get in line 30 mins to close. I wouldn't recommend missin this one! 7. Cut Throat Cove: The scenery was cool. Bit don't even waste your time. Not scary at all. I've got nothing else to say really about it. 8. Cemetary Drive: If you make it to this one, don't expect that much, but if you miss it, your not missing all that much. We enjoyed it... But I know for a fact a lot of people aren't going to be to thrilled with it. A couple decent scares but other than that, no biggy. 8. Trail of Terror: Make dang sure you make it to this attraction!!! Was definitely scary, gross, vulgar, and intense. They had crazy looking people, guys with chainsaws, damp bodies hanging from the trees. Awesome inviornment, great scares. Te scareActors were better in this one than most all of the other attractions. 9. Tombstone Terror-Tory: this was fun. Got guests on the train in a fairly quick fashion. Once we got on the train some interesting, true, and creepy facts about real ghosts that haunt the kings island property are revealed! The maze that follows the train ride was ok. It's a maze that is a hit or miss for people in my opinion. You'll either like it or hate it. Our group thought it to be ok. 10. Corn Stalkers: don't waste your time! The maze is over before it even starts. You walk straight the whole time, end up in front of Vortex. The scares were complete s***. the maze was complete s***. and they don't know how to run the line. It truly felt like a stupid neighborhood haunted house. Don't waste your time. Not even worth it for the credit. I hope the review was helpful. My group had a lot of fun last night and got a ride on Diamondback with a walk on as well as Flight of Fear, also walk on. Cyrus

I will absolutely post pictures. As of right now, I've got four roller coasters, and three other rides... and trust me, there are more coming. This is a big project and will constantly be updated with all sorts of little things. There is currently no construction on rides or attractions. Everything will really start on Sept 20th when the land construction begins! Cyrus

Well hello everyone. It's been a while since I have posted on TPR. I decided to go ahead and post a project that I am working on here. I invite you to join me on my journey to construct an HO scale model amusement park. I will be posting updates here, and on my website; which can be found here: LINK REMOVED. As of right now, I am holding off on landscaping until mid September as I am moving into my new apartment September 15th. My plans for this park are big. I intend on treating the updates as if i were following a real theme park. Now, I do already own 9 rides/roller coasters with the addition of an attraction coming next. Some of the rides are given away on my site, but the rest will be kept secret until construction starts. I'd like to think I will be doing press releases for the new rides and attractions as they are released and follow the construction of them as well. Now, because this is a model and a lot of construction is involved, I imagine there will be plenty of updates to keep those of you interested well satisfied in between updates. Now, without further rambling, feel free to check out the website. And feel free to be in touch with me if you have any questions. I will let you guys know of any progress! Cyrus MOD EDIT: Per the TPR Terms of Service and Posting Rules, links to your own website are not permitted until an adequate amount of posts.

i remember when I was around 10 or 11, SFMM had Flashback open. I was with my cousins and my brother and father. we got to ride that thing 6 times in a row. it was rough but it was a lot of fun. it really is too bad its closed and being taken out. =[ though it wasnt painful for me when we rode it, im sure it would be now becuase of my current height.

Ok, im seeing a lot of people on here saying that they are worried about their parents or that their parents were really harsh in the beginning. your mother gave BIRTH to you (unless your adopted like me) and your father shot in some chromes... for the people that honestly think that their parents are going to disown them...its not gunna happen. promise. there is no love like that of a parent's. when i came out to my mom as gay, she just chuckled and made it no big deal. my dad was the same. though some parents may have a problem with homosexuals, they will change their minds after you tell them... just my two cents... cyrus

I really liked the Sky Swat in Texas. loads of fun! -
I personally have been feeling better lately. I actually made a few gay friends. I LOVE talking to them all. It is nice to hear all your guys' points of views. unfortunately for me, I just found out that the junior class is talking about me being gay at school. I told some of them that I wasnt tho...even tho I am. I am out...but only to a few people. Things are looking better and Im feeling better about myself...I just wish i could get a boyfriend.
