  1. Thorpe Park
  2. Cedar Point
  3. I hope they move the Brain Wash, Disco H20, and Black Hole to Volcano Bay. They were pretty cool slides.
  4. They had some great slides, and I liked their lazy river. But their "atmosphere" was pure concrete, and I do miss the Bubba Tub.
  5. Do they serve it on a stick? Do they have Bat Monte Cristo Sandwiches?
  6. It's clear that Guy can't "let it go."
  7. I agree that Kentucky Kingdom isn't going to hurt Holiday World at all, but the former could benefit from the latter's popularity.
  8. Or if they absolutely have to keep it, at least give it new trains. Could Vekoma's new trains fit on it? Maybe they should turn it into a ropes course or a habitat for monkeys (like Great Adventure did with parts of Great American Scream Machine).
  9. ^^I'd be happy if they replaced Anaconda with a Dippin Dots stand--as long as it's gone.
  10. Really? I've never found it to be incredibly rough like Anaconda or Hurler. IMO one of those two should go next year. My comment can be applied to those two rides, as well.
  11. ^The green monster torso looks like a thoughtful fellow.
  12. Being "nostalgic" about Shockwave is like being nostalgic about your last migraine.
  13. 0/10 San Andreas (the movie)
  14. ^Like any form of BBQ, the difference is the sauce and seasonings. It's difficult to describe, but it's different from what you get in the U.S. and elsewhere. The Japanese skewer and cook just about anything, too.
  15. ^"Guinea Pig in a Basket" sounds like a particularly horrifying example of deep-fried U.S. southern cuisine.
  16. Well, Mom wanted to go to the movies yesterday; naturally, she wanted to see a geriatric "rom com" called "I'll See You in my Dreams." Just couldn't talk her into "Mad Max: Fury Road."
  17. ^You have a much different definition of "exciting" than I do, but to each his own.
  18. I also prefer practical effects to just projections. I appreciate it when they effectively combine the two (as in the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train coaster in Florida).
  19. ^Your assessment is correct. Yakitori is great, as is katsu curry. Sigh! I miss Kawasemi.
  20. I endorse this goal completely.
  21. ^Because they want to put their money on a more reliable effect?
  22. Why this is a title one would consider worth advertising is beyond me. I was unaware that they made a big deal out of that now.
