  1. I actually didn't mind the "old" California Adventure, but the main thing lacking was rides. I swear there were more places to eat then actual rides when the park first open. Theming, for Disney, that is, was lacking a lot. But I felt that came with the Ideas that were on paper. The only thing I don't understand with this "new" park is it's just slapped together more then the first one. The first park had the right idea, but the execution lacked IMO. They had the ideas to convey the themes of California, but to locals, this theme is lost. Who cares? But, I fear this park is just never going to be a true Disney park. It's more like the Bastard child of the parks. Sure, It's going to have Some uniqueness to the park, but it's not all in the best of ways, though. --Derek "You might as well go to Knotts to learn about California" Baker
  2. The only thing I can continue to advise is don't be afraid to make bigger buildings. Everything though is fantastic.
  3. It's doable, and it's nice. Some more ideas in that small space will help out as well. ====================================================================== Take your hand on a blaster as you exterminate all the ghost on Boo Blasters on Boo Hill. Only at Fellville-- America's Old Time Park!
  4. I'm assuming you want to make your project peep-able? There are other ways to make the Huts "Invisible," but some of these may not, or cannot make for peepablity: (Correct me if I'm wrong, because I run Vista.) 1: Using Son of Beast's sink Scenery option under landscape. This can be done by first starting with the function "begin Special Build Mode" Then, click on the ride you want, so you can see it's ride panel. Go back to SOB and use the option sink Scenery. That should work. 2:White Glitch Method.... This one typically works for flats only. Build a ride. Zero clearence the same type of flat in the same origin, or so you can connect the entrances together. After this, there should be white glitches on the huts. Simply right click them away and they should be gone. Though, this makes the ride completely un-fixable.
  5. There is always the dat checker. You can use that to find bad files.
  6. The part before that it says "end theory."
  7. Its most likely due to something on that car that malfunctioned(ie.. seatbelt malfunctioning, lap bar keeps sticking, etc.) and most likely will be( already has been) fixed once the park closes. So nothing really too much to worry about, unless this has been happening before? Funny you should mention that. While there last Sunday, the ride operators where having troubles releasing the bars for the front of the train for the newly refurbished red train. Was the purple one the only one operating then?
  8. Now, If only I said that earlier considering I mentioned Fujiyama way back in this thread. Thanks for these contests, they're always entertaining.
  9. Eejanaika, Fugi-Q-Highland LOTs of broken records at this park Last star wars movie came out when this opened. International Universal themed parks Paramount was(?) planning on building a park there in Asia that is... 90 degree drop
  10. Oblivion. 90 degree drop Alton towers, international forced drop Edit: hahah.... again.
  11. Flight of fear: The outer limits pki Cloned ride now: first Lim spaghetti bowl by premier international in the sense it's in outer space or even the old Paramount theme mine ride at the park many rides have been shuttered there.
  12. Sadly, I'm going to double dip off this and say Blazing fury.
  13. All I got now is the raven custom coasters International first coaster for the park. much like the first movie for the trilogy of star wars coming out the same year. recordered holder for some things, and rated to be one of the best parks in the country That's all I got
  14. Flounder's Flying Fish Coaster? Or even the combination of Gadgets go coaster Both are roller skaters.. Made by Vekoma and TOGO Both in one resort area Have the Star wars licencing And have a coaster like a mine cart.
  15. Battle star Galactica It seems to fit under what I just posted.. closed, duels, international, universal
  16. Well, there's always the mummy ride In 3 parks Forward and backwards section Universal--Obi Wan as International over in Singapore---which also seems to be having problems coaster wise...
  17. Indiana jones, temple du peril First Disney coaster to loop Based on a movie that had Harrison ford in it Has been made to have forward, or backward trains. Edit: haha. wrong movie now that I look at it.
  18. I doubt this, but how about the Corkscrew at Knott's? It's been moved, and replaced by a ride that goes around twice new coaster was built by Vekoma (international) First inverting ride (modern) now closed at it's former area.
  19. Something wants me to think the former dueling dragons now... Just because of the retrofit of it. Major coasters are all bm's
  20. Medusa.... First floorless.... And now a cookie cutter. ^^ That was my second guess...
  21. The Chiller? Both had similar layouts. I guess it's the first duel lim? I'm not sure on that. And it's located in Great Adventure.
  22. Green lantern now that I notice the quene line.. It's a *typical* BM stand-up layout. which then makes me wonder if it is the new stand-up being made...
  23. Fujiyama? Another record breaker.... Typical Hyper coaster at that. Not to mention Dodnopa was a record breaker too...
  24. Gambit maybe? Old Batman clone that has been moved to Six Flags, and then another Six flags. Edit: also the first BM to be moved not just once, but twice!
  25. Colossus at Thorpe Park -It's been cloned a few times -Again, a record breaker Edit: Haha ^
