  1. Yeah, I don't know. At least I took some screenshots, *sigh*
  2. I'm thinking about getting the platinum pass and swinging by before the park opens. I'd guess it was like, 30 minutes maximum.
  3. Not that I know of, no. It happens alot when you try to hack the game, and I have done the same thing before. -_- I actually haven't done any hacking whatsoever, but I did use a custom restroom... The restroom wasn't worth it!
  4. Craaaaaap! Guys this is urgent, I've been working on a section for my park for well over two hours and I just got an error trapper message! No, I didn't save it once! It's still up on the screen and I'm wondering if there's ANYTHING i can do, anything at all. Because I don't think I'll have the patience to do everything again!
  5. I have a question about lines, too. I'm probably going around late July, on a Tuesday and Wednesday. What should the lines be for, say Millennium Force? Not too long, right?
  6. Sure! 1979 (1) 10.bmp Final turnaround. And I know I'm lacking in the flats, when I was making the scenario I was sure I added rides like the waveswinger and well, pretty much a lot more. But I guess something messed up, and I only had basic gentle and thrill rides (or at least ones that were avalible in the 70s). So yeah. And thanks so much!
  7. 1979: Season Four 1979 (1) 1.bmp It's big... it's bad... it's the solution to thrill seeker's everywhere... it's... "The Guardian". AS reporting to you again on "Paradise Point"'s brand new, terrifying coaster... "The Guardian"! Standing at 110-feet tall, looming above the entry plaza, you'll find it hard to miss this monster as it guards the mountain from unwanted visitors. Drop 108 feet into the hills below you, shoot into nice airtime hills, and dive into an underground tunnel as you await the second half. Twist and turn, barely dodging hillsides and treetops, this is sure to leave you screaming for hours. (I know I was!) Though it's a relatively short ride, it's still a keeper for sure. You get loads of airtime as well. What a nice addition to the park...it will be sure to satisfy the general public for years. There are two stations, an entrance station and an exit station. Enjoy some pictures I took... ~AS (Don't forget to comment!) ((And if you want more pictures, just ask!) 1979 (1) 5.bmp Wow, the thrill of anticipation as you round that first turn awaiting your first drop! 1979 (1).bmp Twisty, twisty! 1979 (1) 4.bmp It's really beautiful at night. 1979 (1) 6.bmp Full layout! 1979 (1) 8.bmp Ahh.... what a great ride. 1979 (1) 9.bmp Watch riders face the Guardian in the queue line. (NOTE: I forgot to add the supports on the other side of the tent!)
  8. Alright, awesome. I'm so excited, but I have to wait a whole month...grr
  9. Thanks! This park is pretty much my first try at building some actual buildings, so I'm sure I'll improve in the near future. And yeah, but there would be nice sound effects inside and I meant for there to be a patio outside, but I figured that might ruin how it looked. Oh, well. Next update coming soon!
  10. Hey guys, quick question. I have a value pass to Kings Dominion and I'm heading up to Cedar Point this summer for a few days. Can I just upgrade my Value Pass to a Platinum Pass? Or Do I have to buy a whole separate Platinum pass?
  11. Remember guys, if you look at these, please COMMENT. 1978: Third Season The park added no new roller coasters or flat rides (and I admit, the same-old same-old is getting a bit boring)... but it sure knows how to cook up a good meal! The park opened it's new restaurant, "Waterfall Diner". Looking at the title, I wonder what that could be? Yep, you guessed right! It's a themed restaurant serving seafood! Guests will enjoy their favorite meals while overlooking a beautiful man-made waterfall. (Park executives also hinted that it will soon overlook something else! Want to guess what that is?) ~AS 1978.bmp "Waterfall Diner"!
  12. Wow! Those wooden roller coasters look amazing. Nice photos.
  13. I don't know if there's a topic for this, but I'll try my chances. I'm sure people on TPR have a good idea on a brand-new inversion. I have one that I stumbled upon playing RCT, and I actually think it could work as a good, fun element. I'll post a picture later. Do any of you have an inversion that you came up with? There's much more out there waiting to be discovered. Looking forward to your ideas.
  14. Maybe he could change the color scheme to something that doesn't stand out as much, at least. Because he probably spent a lot of work on it and I don't think he'll want to throw that away.
  15. 1977: Season Two Good news! Alex Sennenato reporting to you again in time for the park's second season. I'd like to congratulate the owner's for an extremely successful first season. But what thriving park doesn't have additions for a new year? Paradise Point has brought in two more flat rides to add to it's collection. As you make your way down the entrance plaza, you will now see a set of stairs heading up the hill, leading on to the park's future expansions. It gets tiring walking them after a while- but I'm sure I needed the exercise! Now onto the the new attractions. We've now got "Happy Horizon", a Ferris Wheel that gives you breathtaking views as you can see over the mountaintops. And of course we have the classic "Scrambler", which is hidden under the shady trees. Enjoy some of these pictures! For the second time, this is Alex Sennenato signing out! ~AS 1977.bmp "Happy Horizons" leaves a happy guest in me! 1977(1).bmp Here's an extra picture of "Mountain Madness" for ya! 1977(1) 2.bmp What a nice park! Comments are appreciated! 1977(1) 3.bmp I could ride this all day!
  16. I'll post some videos of my rides in action. (Sorry about the quality) "Cliffhanger" in action!
  17. A ride-op at i305 used the speakers up the lift hill to talk to us. He engaged in casual conversation (lol), then when we were about to go over the first drop, he said "whoop, goodbye!"
  18. 1976: Park Opening (taken from local newspaper) Wow, what a day! Roller coaster enthusiast Alex Sennenato here reporting to you with all the details of "Paradise Point"'s first day in operation. Full queues all day! Let me just say, they did a good job exposing this park to the general public. I waited over an hour and a half for the park's star attraction, Cliffhanger. This insane ride packs a ton of airtime in it's hills, and lots of G-forces in it's sharp turns. It was definitely the crowd favorite. And, don't let it fool you...the largest drop isn't until AFTER the first! I also got a ride on "Mountain Madness", the park's semi-kiddie coaster that swerves through high mountains and sharp turns. A great ride! "Mountain Cafe" is the restaurant located in the park. The burgers are superb, and the fries are mouth-watering. My only complaint is the pathways. There were some pretty steep steps, and it felt like a mess. The entry plaza was beautiful, though. Until next time, this is Alex Sennenato signing out! ~AS mountain madness 1.bmp Is that an airtime (in Cliffhanger) hill I see over the treetops? mountain madness 2.bmp And here we have the first drop. mountain madness 3.bmp We have the larger drop after the first turn... mountain madness 4.bmp Then the turn itself! mountain madness 5.bmp Full layout of "Cliffhangar" SCR264.BMP Full layout of "Mountain Madness" (with scenery) SCR265.BMP without scenery. SCR268.BMP Entrance plaza, "Mountain Cafe" is visible. paradise point logo.bmp What'd you think? Comment below!
  19. So, I'm finished with the park. I'm not going to try and landscape the whole thing, that just seems a little pointless. So I will post the Giga and the complete park soon. But I'm working on a much better park, with a storyline and everything. So check that out, I think it's a GREAT improvement on what I've been doing.
  20. Wow! A lot of work must have gone into Blue Comet's supports! And I agree about the green coaster. Wait it out for a bit, or change it to a different type of coaster.
