  1. I got back from SFGAm and SFSL not long ago and I have decided to post these pictures. I didn't really take pictures of the actual park, but I focused on taking pics on a few rides. So be prepared to see many photos of Raging Bull, Iron Wolf, Batman: The Ride, Evel Knievel, and Ninja! The quality of these images aren't the greatest. But that's because they are actually stills from offride videos that I took. You can see the videos here: Raging Bull Video: Iron Wolf Video: Woo drop! Lots of Airtime in the back Now I know your name! Sexy Curves! Artsy And Twisty More Sexy! These bunny hops are killer in the back! Lots of Twisty And a lot more artsy! El Steepo Dropo Ahhh! These people are lucky I LOVE BLUE!!! Lots of Sexy! Now were on to this guy. This ride is okay.... alright it kind of sucks They have no clue what they're in for... Pretty sexy for a oldie! Loops!!! I have always loved the paint job on this ride. MORE LOOPS! I feel there pain too. Sexy (but non forgiving) Corkscrew. BYE MR WOLF! Ohh. Who are you? Okay, it's Mr.V2! What started it all! Ohh Nooooo That's Better! Hi, do you fly and stuff? YOU DO! " Dear Gotham Blah!!" Thanks for looking. I will be posting my Six Flags St. Louis Pics Later Today!
  2. Wooo now I can post pics like this!
  3. Sure, maturity can be a factor, but you also have to think how much experience somebody has filming. You can be an adult, and still drop a camera, and you can be 12 years old and still drop a camera. The reason why people deny younger people is that they assume that they will drop a camera because they are not as "strong" as an adult, but ANY body that has no experience whatsoever, could drop a camera on an unexpected drop or turn. Who would a park turn away, a 22 year old that has never took a pov in his life, or a 16 year old that has years of experience filming onride videos? Yes, holding a camcorder still on a roller coaster is VERY hard, and it must be A LOT harder for people who happen to be not as strong as me. I've never had a problem with my age, but that may be the reason that I am just as large as an average adult if not larger (I am 6' 0", 215 lbs, and a football player.) So most parks think that I have the ability to hold a camera on a thrill ride. Plus, I have experience filming POVS. So that helps me even more. It may be different for all people, but trust me, being a bigger, stronger than average person helps.
  4. Im not sure if you know this but on the east coast trip you are going to be close to many parks that arent on your list I know, but I can't spend a whole YEAR up there. So these are the parks that I am interested in the most. And I want to save some parks for a later trip.
  5. I kind of plan far ahead too. But I usually take road trips so me and my dad just stop at a bunch of parks along the way. I'd like to see what you think of my trips within the next couple of years. I'm bored right now so I might as well tell you: 2010 Labor Day Elitch Gardens 2011: San Antonio Trip Six Flags Fiesta Texas Sea World San Antonio 2011: West Coast Trip Six Flags Magic Mountain Universal Studios Hollywood Knott's Berry Farms Disneyland Disney's California Adventure 2012: Bay Area Trip Six Flags Discovery Kingdom California's Great America Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Gilroy Gardens and last but not least... 2013 Cross Country Trip: Holiday World Kings Island Hersheypark Knoebels Dorneypark Six Flags Great Adventure Coney Island Lake Compounce Six Flags New England Canobie Lake La Ronde Canada's Wonderland Waldameer Cedar Point and Buffalo Bills Casino!
  6. I've been thinking that all of those places are great!(But your right about the parks in the north being closed half the year.) I guess that it just has to be which type of park do you like. Disney, or Six Flags? I've grown up in Dallas so SFOT is the only park within about 5 hours from here (Aside from Frontier City, but that park kind of sucks.) I would have never imagined living close to a big tourist destination like Disney or Universal. So I wouldn't die if I never get to live by one. Another answer that interested me was France. Technically, Paris is almost just a days drive from every major theme park in eastern Europe. They have Disneyland, and Parc Astrix. 5 hours from Thorpe Park, 8 hours from Alton Towers. Within 5 hours from every Walibi park. About 5 hours from Europa Park, Phantasialand, Holiday Park, and Efteling. And about 8 hours from Barcelona and Heide-Park. I mean, thats a lot of parks, plus the hundreds of smaller parks. Now THATS a GREAT year!
  7. Many coaster enthuesiest think that SoCal and Florida are the way to go. But are there even better places to be near better theme parks? I think that the Jersey Shore is beacuse of 1. LOTS of Piers 2. Near SFGAd, Hershey, Dorney Park, Knoebles, and Lake Compounce are all close by. 3. CONEY ISLAND! What other places around the world can you think of?
  8. Wow. All i need now is a meadow to skip through!
  9. Humm, If this is going to be like Furious Baco, then this may be my new favorite type of coaster!
  10. Wow, SeaWorld has changed a lot since I was last there. I remember when I watched the construction of the Steel Eel. Don't ask me how I remember though. And I salute you for ever going to SFOT this time of the year. I can't even step outside without almost dying. Good thing that it's open most of the year.
  11. Elitch Gardens was pretty nice about it...
