^Cedar Fair and SF have steered clear of these for some reason. SeaWorld parks are the only ones in the US with them. I've only been on JTA @ SWSD & SWSA and loved them both.
Sad to hear. Can't say I didn't see this coming, however. I've been visiting SWSD at least 3 times a year for the past 25 years. I know what they stand for and support them 100% as well as the rest of the SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment family. I have a feeling it might get worse before it gets better. I sincerely hope I'm wrong......
I assumed it was in the station as well. Most likely a fault that was unable to be reset in a timely manner so management just made the decision to EVAC and fix the issue once all the riders have been removed.
Edit: Looks like the last row of riders is being taken off.
^LOL. EVAC should be fairly quick. I have EVAC'd riders off of Silver Bullet's "Main Brake" numerous times and it doesn't take that long because by that point, most of the Rides department supervisors and managers as well as maintenance personnel are on scene so the process goes pretty smoothly as long as all of the riders are calm and cooperative.
To be fair, both sides would run 3 trains each for the first summer. Then 1 side, 2 trains.
I mean honestly, How long has it been since Tatsu or Goliath ran 3 trains?
How do we know they denied Mack? Not doubting you just curious where that information came from. Also, We all know that Hershey isn't known for turning down prototypes. Skyrush and Fahrenheit say hi.
While it is disappointing they had their 2015 budget cut (rumored), I doubt they were getting anything noteworthy. Maybe a flat ride or 2 and/or some new entertainment offerings?
