Did a search on here and didn't find anything on this. Seems as if a train didn't clear the top hat and rolled back into the train in the station. Hope those with injuries make speedy recoveries.

Viper did indeed have 4 trains - Red, Orange, Brown, and yellow. 3 is the max that can run at one time. -
That could also be because RMC started manufacturing their own trains shortly after NTG was built.
