  1. Whenever I see this photo, it looks very unreal and photoshopped. It's probably due to the shock that CGA is receiving a new coaster. As amazing as it looks I agree with you, it does seem that way doesn't it? I think I'm just more in disbelief than anything after all this time and all the crap that was going on with the stadium, neighbors, CF, and it's been soooo long that to actually see this now almost done is surreal, but in a really good way. And the banking on some of these turns, especially the one to the far left is crazy good!
  2. I would trade the vertical loop for more track!
  3. I have to say I really like the colors of this thing, blue is my favorite color and I like it on this.
  4. So when is this YOLO coaster supposed to open?
  5. I have learned to read your posts very carefully because usually there is one or two gems hidden in them
  6. The coaster should have been done already. This is not acceptable and there is no excuse for them taking so long to build such a tiny coaster...... lol....
  7. And that's exactly why it won't be done. Making sense sometimes seems to elude this park.
  8. That is exactly what I explained. Possible? Technically. Efficient? No way. Since you couldn't safely launch the next train until the tunnel is completely clear, it would be pointless to have a 3rd train. Aha, good point. The ride really is that short, isn't it? Must not have realized that. Imagine this. Actually you cannot launch a train from the station until the train on the course launches out the tunnel and makes it over the loop, which is the end of the ride, then the train in the station can launch. If the train in the tunnel launches and rolls back from the loop as the train from the station launches, since there is no additional block between that, they will collide. This has been discussed before and this is the reason it would not make sense to run three trains as two would always be at the station. Having three trains is different, run two and rehab one, that makes sense.

  10. I'm pretty sure it was Robb that confirmed it will only have two trains.
  11. -Not likely but LOVE the idea of Tidal Wave, with that name, making a comeback to its original location, or an Intamin impulse - Eurofighter would be perfect in the Invert-I-garden -Pictorium probably will never re open, so get rid of it and use that space for another coaster or some awesome flat ride -New trains for Vortex -And somewhere in the park where the height limit is 200 feet+, and they can totally do it, a nice big mega coaster or Intamin Blitz coaster. There is still a good deal of room in this park to add more quality coasters and if they really wanted to they could always make room for them
  12. Sometimes a park needs to put in a bunch of small or family friendly stuff before something big goes in and three rides instead of one is nothing to complain about, maybe that's what is next or at least some help for ghost rider, god that ride was awful.
  13. Exactly. Practically off the shelf... one hopes they'll theme it out the wazoo, but I'm betting not. Sigh. Happy with the concept (family focused, bring something balance & activity to the Boardwalk) but... but... Sigh. Kudos to the elevator-inside-a-lighthouse idea. Maybe it will have FIRE!
  14. "Something We Just Shoe Horned In There For The Hell Of It"
  15. So where exactly is this what the fried place?
