I'm going with the Python Pit at Go Bananas in Chicago. Ivy = the park is on the north side of Chicago, not far from Wrigley Field, which is famous for ivy walls Steel = it's a steel coaster Illinois/Lincoln = it's in Illinois, the Land of Lincoln "Desire" = song by U2, who had a concert at Soldier Field in Chicago this summer (that's a reach)

I just love how Six Flags now has three coasters named Goliath that aren't the tallest coasters in the park (SFMM, SFFT, and SFNE).

If I were to do one of the European trips, I would honestly take mainland over Italy. Italy is more of a country that I would want to visit on my own, and maybe do a theme park or two while I'm there. The parks on the mainland trip are too good to pass up.

^Well they could put in a bunch of Batman and Vekoma clones.

That would be an epic fail if that were the case. So I hope that's not the case.

The Timberliners seemed just fine on Wooden Warrior, and the reports were positive from Twister. Sooooo......what gives?

Obviously, Skull Mountain was a POS and they were sick of dealing with it. This is what happens with rides that are a maintenance nightmare, they get tied to the tree and shot.

^Let me put it this way. If I could build my own park and steal the best coasters from Six Flags parks, thus putting some of my favorite rides in one location and eliminating any reason for me to ever step foot in a SF ever again, it would be well worth the time and money spent.

I hate the fact that Six Flags keeps getting impressive new rides, it's forcing me to keep getting a season pass.

They should have renamed the regular boomerang to "David" since they'll be right next to each other.

The blurb said either a 60 or 65 mph launch. I cant remember which... Well that makes sense, then. What a crazy looking ride.

My thoughts exactly. Couldn't even get one page in without the complaining starting. It's a flat ride, not a coaster. One that everyone was complaining the park needed. And people still aren't happy. I honestly don't care what SFMM gets, I won't be going back there any time soon considering I live 3,000 miles away. But one has to wonder about the practicality of 16 people per cycle at a park that has the kind of attendance and slow operations that SFMM does. From everything I've seen, Green Lantern hasn't exactly been a people-eater for them, either. It's not complaining by any stretch of the imagination, it's common sense.

I'm kinda happy about this, just because it's a B&M I've never ridden, and I can easily get the credit next year.

I didn't read the article, so how is it going to get up that hill? Surely it isn't a spiral chain lift, and it doesn't seem like there's enough room for a launch, so.......?

That coaster definitely doesn't have OTSRs, sooooooo what gives? Then again, it could be yet another case of crappy concept art.
