What's mail backwards? -
My nano (4GB black) arrived yesterday and I love it! Though there are a few cosmetic issues... so far it's only been in my pocket and on a table (resting on the nano manual) and the back of it is full of little scratches.

Superman Escape also... though I have to say, wouldn't Scooby Doo be considered as world class? Expedition Everest and The Voyage also get my vote! -
S&S Slammer at Thorpe Park
Liam S replied to Patty's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I agree - I was very lucky to get on it since they advertised that the ride would not open that day, but sure enough it did and it was GREAT! Just would like to add that operations at Thorpe Park were fantastic. I was amazed at the rate of people the crew managed to pump through, particularly the Nemesis: Inferno & Colossus crew and their absolute zero tolerance for queue jumping. Love it! -
Beast has been Slayed!

Beastie was awesome, I remember it having a decent amount of air and really preferred it over Beast (apart from the last ride - did it really run well or were we just too excited? ) But yeah very sad to see it go, I'll have to go check it out soon. -

Spoke to my parents about this last night and they seem pretty okay with it aslong as I save up x amount of money. I'll be 16 by then and most probably travelling with djrappa... would I still need to provide the forms or would he be my legal guardian for the trip? -

Favorite Photos YOU Have Taken

My images have not been Photoshopped at all. What you see is a sky-message that hadn't been completed at the time I took the photo. It ended up to be "BOSE" (audio). -

Here's a couple of my shots of The Demon at the now defunct Wonderland Sydney. More shots of the ride and Wonderland can be found here... http://www.roller-coaster.com.au/gallery.php?pid=4 -
Theme parks in/near London?
Liam S replied to Liam S's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Thanks guys, I had no idea Chessington was near London. Looks like both parks are definitely on my itinerary! A mate of mine informed me earlier this evening that theres a day trip from London to Alton Towers by train which includes entrance to the park - does anyone have any more info on this? -
Hi guys, My parents just surprised me with the announcement of a week long trip to London for their 25th anniversary. I'm thinking of visiting Thore Park, as I've heard it's "near" London but I don't exactly know how accessible it is from London. Could anyone help me with this? Also would like to know if there are any other parks/rides around London that I'm not yet aware of Thanks, Liam S

Best Drop Ride!!!
Liam S replied to coaster_shorty's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Yeah I'll also say Giant Drop at Dreamworld... although I think I'm the only one that thinks a minute at the top is excessive and boring. The drop is great though Liam
