I love seeing people enjoy my home park. I hate I missed Big Mike. I found out the day before he was going to be there and I couldn't rearrange my schedule. I am glad your kids had fun though!

I use the basic kinematic equation everyday. Why didn't I think of that? It makes perfect sense now.

I rode OPA last year and it was Meh! Nothing exciting, but I have ridden those kind of coasters before. I LOVED Zeus and Cyclops. They were Hades level, but still fun. I agree...Pegasus sucks.

Well, when driving by I always thought it looked pointless. Now I know it was pointless. I did have the honor in eating at the Subway right behind it though.

If it is just you, you are probably making the right decision. Dollywood is something every member of the family can enjoy. Six Flags can be too, but I would call Dollywood more family friendly.

I haven't braved that course in years. My wife and I played it when it first opened and have been underwhelmed ever since.

I will say this much for Apple Barn. I think their restaurants are the best in the area if you want some "home cookin'." Both are basically the same but the Farm House ALWAYS has a much longer wait than the grill.
