  1. The first thing I said to my friend once we were off Gatekeeper was how boring it was. This is just my opinion though. I can see where people like it.
  2. ^ Superman at SFA is no where as good as Goliath at SFMM - just my opinion.
  3. Try - Natasha Bedingfield
  4. ^ I can see where people like him but A LOT of his videos gives gays a bad name.
  5. I have never seen the stage show but the movie looks really good!!! I think I want to see Stage Fright and Wolf Creek 2.
  6. ^ They have already started clearing the land.
  7. ^ I could not agree more! When I know I want something big - like a TPR trip, a computer, MP3 player, new phone - I will start putting $25-50 away every week into a Smarty Pig account. Once I have the money I transfer the amount to my bank and buy whatever it is I wanted. Plus with TPR trips Elissa and Robb could NOT make it any easier to pay for them. It is not like they ask for all of the money at once. They ask for a deposit, which we all know trips are usually announced in the late summer/fall. So all summer you could be saving for that. Then they usually ask for 2-3 other amounts. They give you the dates they amounts are due. So Every time you get paid put $50-100 away and you are golden. Once a trip is paid off I then start putting $50 away every two weeks for my spending money.
  8. I forgot to give my props to Robb for the footage. I have never see amazing footage of coasters until I see Robbs. Whenever I want to show a none enthusiast friend the video of a ride I always find Robbs video of whatever ride it is.
  9. Breakin' Up - Gwen Stefani
  10. Thank you! It will be fun to watch this place come to life and then actually get to go.
  11. No - I find most of them annoying. I do not want to see a video about how to hook up. That is disgusting in my opinion.
  12. 6-9 PM is such a bad time in my opinion for Coaster After Dark. It does not even get dark until about 7:30 PM. That does not leave much time.
  13. I mean this with all the respect, but can you explain why you love it so much? I love plenty of rides that most find terrible so I am not trying to say I am right/wrong in any regard, but the Beast really is one ride that baffles me with its popularity... It is practically long straight away after straightaway with slight turns inbetween and trim brakes. So what do people find interesting about the ride (aside from the only decent part of the ride, the helix)? To consider that ride one of the best in the US just blows my mind I could not agree more with you. I find this ride very boring. The straight away's do nothing for me. I am someone who prefers drops and quick turns. The sheer speed is fun but I like the addition of drops and turns. Now this reminds me of Boulder Dash at Lake Compounce because to me it is the same concept but way different. It has mostly these straight away's but adds dips and the trees are different there giving me the illusion I am going to run into them. I do not get that feeling on this. Please do not get me wrong I think the way Beast is designed, it is awesome. I love how you can not see it from within the park. Which is just like Grizzly at Kings Dominion - the main factor why I like that one. Will I ride it every time I go to KI, of course I will. However, I won't be spending as much time on this as I would on Diamond Back, Vortex, The Bat, The Racer, Banshee, and Firehawk.
  14. Roc Me Out - Rihanna
  15. I love Nitro and ride many many many times when I go to the park. Back seat at night is my favorite. Side note: I love reading these threads and how everyone pays that much attention to train names.
  16. When I was there last July 4th weekend all coasters closed in the rain but many of the flats stayed open. I rode the Enterprise in a huge down pour - it was pretty fun. There was even a moment when the sun was out when we were in line for the Corkscrew and it stopped running. We were at the top of the steps, when we ask the employee why it stopped he said because of weather.
  17. Thank you David! I feel the same about you as well
  18. ^ Anyone can be like that. Its all about priorities. For instance to save money for travel: -I only shop for clothes on clearance racks, thrift stores, Goodwill. -I do not buy movies and if I go to the movies I only go during the day when its only $5.00, even at night its only $7.00. Awesome benefit of living in a small town. I do not buy snacks and drinks there. -I do not drink - such a waste of money -I get my music free legally from Freegal And I do lots or other things to save as much as I can.
  19. Don't Even Know Your Name - A*Teens
  20. I was thinking the same thing. All of the coasters from Freestyle would fit really well into SFA. They are just sitting there waiting for someone to buy them.
  21. I love FOF. Mostly because it is indoors in the dark.
  22. Something like Yolo Coaster would be great for this park in my opinion. It seems to be a hit for MM so why not try to replicate that here. Plus the general public would eat it up. I would love to see a euro fighter, smaller wooden coaster like Wooden Warrior (that is such a great coaster), something like Fahrenheit, something like Skyrush, etc.
  23. ^ Thank you That makes me feel good. I am really hard on how I look.
  24. This park NEEDS a water park update. Theirs is very mediocre in my opinion. The only part I really enjoy is Pipeline Peak. Its really spread out and there seems to be LOTS of room to add new attractions.
