Agreed! Talon is one of my favorite coasters! I actually got 47 rides on it in 2 two consecutive days. I missed 50 because a huge thunderstorm hit and shut down the park, including a power outage. It is SO re-rideable!

I think these restraints will be great. I love Maverick, but I always rode it defensively, so as not to get bashed. Now I'll be able to relax more and enjoy, like I did on I-305 after they changed to similar ones. Win!!!

I have done this trip before- twice actually. Of course I live on Long Island NY- not sure where you live. I flew to Louisville and rented my car. Drove to Holiday World for Holiwood Nights, and then drove to Cincinatti and a Sunday at King's Island. It is a flat boring drive, lol. Then drove to Sandusky that night at closing, and got some sleep. Did Cedar Point for 2 days. It was a FUN trip. The driving is kind of exhausting, but do-able. We had Fastlane for all 3 days, so no lines!

I've been sitting here watching LUCKY people riding Thunderbird. Maybe Holiday World employees? A coaster always looks more exciting when it has riders. I can't wait!!!

The Blue Mountains are amazing. I've been on that Scenic Railway! It really IS that steep! I also saw the track from the Orphan Rocker and I was like WTF??? I wanna ride that!!!

Why SLC (Suspended Looping Coaster)? This is a Sit-Down Coaster.

I doubt that the crowds will be that bad this early in the season, And Thunderbolt was REALLY that rough!!!

I would say that this is a rather "easy" build. Everything is in one plane. There are no real turns to speak of, and the supports tie the whole thing together. Not to say that it isn't hard at all. These pieces weigh thousands of pounds, and must fit to perfect tolerances. Bravo to this crew!!!

Agreed. I have been watching the progress daily, and Carowinds' attention to detail on the whole entrance area and Fury 325 is nothing short of amazing!
