  1. ^I'd find that pretty distracting if I were riding and there was a camera that big in front of me!
  2. Could I use a catwalk? I swear, that is the ONLY custom scenery I will use, if allowed. EDIT: I also want to use a custom trash can. Can I do that? Or is any custom scenery of any kind prohibited?
  3. I'm in. Sorry I'm a little late. Either way, this should be easy as pie, and fun too! EDIT: Can I 'edit' premade designs so that they're different and use those? For example, I edited Verticulator, the Intamin giga coaster on RCT2. I know it's too tall, but I edited it so that it has 2 final brakes and a capacity of up to 4 trains. Am I allowed to do something like that to a coaster and use it?
  4. ^Right. V Is a strip of bacon.
  5. I just went to Knott's, but I'll be doing my "1st big trip of the year" starting next Saturday. I depart from Sea-Tac Airport at 8:00 PM, arrive at LAX by 10:30 PM, and hope to be doing DCA by next morning. I'll do it for 3 days and, on Wednesday, I'll have an extra day to do Knott's since it's not pretty busy during those times (based on a more recent TR from earlier this week). Thursday, I'll hit up SFMM for Terminator Media Day, ride some stuff there, and do it again on Friday. On Saturday, I'll try to get to the park to do a Terminator run and be on the plane by about 5:00 PM. Yes, it's a VERY tight schedule, but I think it'll be fun.
  6. I'm glad the trains are here, but I agree with the clash of the themes. A B&M sitdown would be great in terms of fitting in with "Terminator" themeing. That's because it's a steel coaster. A wooden coaster typically has less "mechanical" themeing in general, no matter what park you go to. I like how a new ride is being themed to a great looking new movie soon to come out, but I disagree with it being a wooden coaster. Oh well, I don't think the trains look that bad, and it's a new, better ride. So look on the bright side! I think it'll be wonderful anyways!
  7. I liked that TR! There was a lot of cool stuff in it. I'll consider Kings Island if I ever go back to Ohio (or Iowa to visit family), and Holiday World under the same circumstances.
  8. ^I agree. With all the coasters, I can't keep track of all them! I support his plea for a few overviews, if it isn't too hard.
  9. By next Saturday, I'll be in California again and have yet another park to my list. DCA, SFMM, and possibly KBF this round. At SFMM, I'll be doing Terminator on opening day. I learned that the park will be opening the ride 2 hours after the ACEr's have had some time to ride. Really, that is true, I learned that from some park people. So I'll be getting my Terminator credit early!
  10. ^But KBF Boysen Berry still disses KBF Blackberry in the face!
  11. ^Wrong V McDonald's queen (or king)
  12. Maybe they extracted some Batman queue themeing? Nice update once again. Man, I can't wait! Come May 21st, I'll be riding that baby!!
  13. ^Maybe it'd be more fun for ride ops, maybe other ones jump on the ride while the general op and restraint op operate it. That would be one heck of a break.
  14. ^WAAAAYYYY RIGHT!!! V Milky chocolate.
  15. ^I haven't ridden Manta (I hope to sometime soon), but I personally didn't like Tatsu... For me, the pretzel loop was too intense, a lot bigger than Superman: Ultimate Flight. The rest of the ride was good, but I'll have to try it again soon just to make sure that it is better. Now that my neck is a little tougher. Manta is about the same "size" as S:UF. The pretzel loop is about the same height, the layout isn't as tall, and it has midcourse brakes. Those make it seem like a better ride to me. And the themeing is top notch; Sea World/Bush Gardens always does a pretty good job on new rides. I'll have to ride it to see what it's like, but I think Manta will win over the other 2 flyers I've been on.
  16. Dang...... The train I rode was taken apart. I've never seen a park (except for Fantazy Land) that deserted! That's just amazing, as it was packed when I went! I wonder if that's a sign for when I go back around Terminator opening time.....
  17. I really liked your report, John. I've never seen a "pop up" thing in any aquarium ever. I can't wait to get to Sea World some time, I'd have a blast especially with this new coaster! Not For Sale, the video was pretty good. That's funny that the cannons got confused. I guess not all technology is perfect. Heck, water cannons are simple enough, can't they fix those?
  18. ^Is right V Boneless chicken!
  19. ^Doesn't tickle ivories V Has an ivory colored car.
  20. ^I agree. Red track with a slightly darker blue would be much better!
