I agree with Superman needing it due to its location. I can also see Batman making sense since Joker is going up and Blackbeard is being re-themed. It seems Six Flags is trying to re-invent that whole area.

Genx24 and I once rode Skull Mountain without the restraint being fully locked in. Once we hit the brake run I pushed up on the restraint and it just opened fully. We are both full grown , I'm 6'2 and weigh 210 pounds so both of us holding down on the restraint must have kept it from opening during the ride

I've heard similar rumors. I have a feeling there's a chance the long-rumored moving of the entrance + a new gate coaster could happen. RMC at Dorney in 2017, calling it.

I agree with this. The Sky Rockets are very good rides but they definitely focus more on the positive G's. Tempesto had me pushed down into my seat the entire ride. Very forceful.

I wonder if they are waiting for RMC to be available to do that? Another possibility would be for GCI to come in a do a re-tracking like they are doing with GhostRider at Knott's. It seems to me that they are looking at these possibilities, otherwise I think they would've demolished it already. I agree. If BGW ends up getting an RMC next season (unlikely) then I'd assume they would RMC Gwazi. If not it isn't crazy if they go back to GCI.

Moving on, any word on the piles of gravel? They were topped with a light dusting of snow yesterday morning. A couple of pebbles fell of the top of the pile too due to the wind.

I really enjoyed Laff Track. It was really fun although not justifying the 45 minute wait. It was opening season for it though so it was expected.

What I don't get is why they are putting them on the Superman Hypers that don't need VR. If anything put it on a coaster that needs it. Superman at NE was just changed back from Bizzaro and they slap this VR on it right away. CAN WE JUST GET SUPERMAN BACK WITH NO GIMMICKS.

I'll give it 2 months tops before half the equipment is destroyed, damaged or covered in graffiti/gum.

If its not broke don't fix it. That being said thankfully its optional and I'll probably try it at least once for Sh*ts and Giggles.

Rough, painful airtime. The only way this ride will improve is if they took the trims off and that is never happening. Trains look good at least.

I expect nothing less judging from his profile location.
