This was back in August, so it could have changed since then (I hope so at least.) As the boat would approach the lift, the drive wheels underneath would be going very slow. The chain was going very fast. So when came into contact with the lift, the chain would grab the lift dog and yank the boat up the lift. It freakin' hurt. It's the only time I've been on a ride and everyone in the boat went "Ouch!"
I will truly roll over laughing if something like this ends up in the ride or preshow...

I can't wait until I ride Transformers!
Correct, Oceaneering built Spider-man's ride vehicles, however, Universal did most of the engineering and they hold the patent. Oceaneering came up with a different design for DarKastle, including using air to tilt the cabin instead of jackscrews like on Spider-man.
^ The rails probably don't extend into the maintenance bay, just like B&M inverts. It allows easy access to the wheels. Looks like it would be ready to roll out onto the track whenever they transfer it on.
I agree!
I've got to wonder if Kat and Harold were just pulling our legs the entire time, and wanted to make a few bucks along the way. That's the only logical conclusion I can make about this situation.
I realized everybody over there is so wrapped up in this and they aren't seeing it like it is. So I just decided to lay it all out on the table. Hopefully they realize what's going on.
Robb, is there any way you could cover the "GM and Owners’ Breakfast" on the 17th? It looks like they are going to go into lots of detail about the creation of Potterland.
