  1. That looks very good. One question, where did you get the fire themeing?
  2. I've got one quick question, are we doing the whole coaster by hand or are we allowed to use those other things (I don't know what there called I think like elementary or something like that, I don't know because I've never used it or the others (if there are others))??
  3. Thank You, it did take some time to get it to how it is now. I'm sure with some more time it could have been better.
  4. This is a ride that I built in RCT a few days ago and moved to NoLimits all I did from the transfer is smooth it out and add brakes. The reason I moved it, is because it was the most popular wooden coaster in the park. Dendrophobia.nltrack
  5. That answers some stuff. we haven't gotten into forces yet (I'm in a civil engineering program and then going back for mechanical) but I just see that is does make since to just speed the chain but then go ahead and get rid of the box frame (but don't, i like the sound they make).
  6. I think it will be pretty slick. I've never been on a giant wheel or a ferris wheel. I think it would be pretty cool to go on that London Eye thing, but then again I am scared of elevators and when me and my step bro. went to KD I was freaked out when we up the Eiffel Tower
  7. I've noticed that more and more new B&M's no longer have the pre-drop. I thought that it was so that the chain didn't have as much tension as it crest the top of the lift. I'm just wondering as to why not do this anymore I thought it looked cool. But the real reason I ask this is to try to explain to my little brother (I'm just now getting him into coasters (he's 11) ), we live in Charlotte and out two B&M's Top Gun (I mean After Burn) and VORTEX have pre-drops and I told him thats how he can tell a B&M coaster out (besides the box middle rail) but when I showed him Led Zeppelin and Behemoth, he told "Those aren't B&M's". Show I showed he the stats on RCDB, he gets it now. But its a question I would like to be able to answer for him (and myself now). Thanks in Advance
  8. Did Stealth aka BORG aka Nighthawk, did it have a double station at Great America because it aint got one at Carowinds (I wish it did though)
  9. Ill be headed to Carowinds March 21, and a lot of days afterwards. Later in the summer Ill be headed up to go to: Kings Dominion Busch Gardens Europe Kings Island Cedar Point and with a maybe stop at Dorney Park And one weekend in the summer ill head to Myrtle Beach for Hard Rock Park.
  10. Isn't the Carolina Cyclone at Carowinds the first coaster to feature 4 inversions
  11. Home Park: CAROWINDS coaster: Top Gun : ... The Flight Deck flat: Danny Fenton Flyers
  12. Yeah, are they putting in another old ride with the wave pool. i like the new location of Southern Star
  13. I thought they put that small pool in last year with Southern Star and those used slides in 2006, i could be wrong. Either way we need a new something, im sure if they could have figured out a way to move a wave pool they might have tried
  14. CAROWINDS Add an Intamin coaster More trash cans under Thunder Roads station And Uh how about a water slide to go with the Wave Pool
  15. thanks guys. i have no idea how to go under the station with out it hitting the wall, so I just put a tunnel on to show
  16. My first attempt with launching a coaster should have been a Premier Rides ride but i like that I can have it a lil rough using Vekoma newtrack.nltrack
