  1. Looks great. The weird thing is, I was thinking of making a paramount park before SF:AOA, but RCT2 lacks paramount scenery.
  2. I really like the Out'n back kiddy coaster. Reminds me a lot of the ones at various Paramount Parks. It really looks like youve got a nice park going here.
  3. ^Exactly. That purple was supposed to be the Batman: Dark Night blue.
  4. ^True, but I'll probably add the standard Batman dirt/pavement under the ride anyway. As for the colors, it's supposed to be dark bluish black, but yeah it does kinda look purple. Who knows, Six Flags might repait it yellow in a few years like they always do.
  5. Number one is really cool. It's different and I think it suits the coaster well.
  6. What impressed me most is that story. It really freaked me out. NICE!
  7. Batman Begins media day kicked off with a pre-event breakfast. Soon after the huge buffet, the park director Cornelius Polo arrived to adress the public... It gives me great pleasure to introduce to everyone, enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts alike, Batman Begins. I am proud to say that Bolliger and Mabliard were great partners and with their great help we were able to get this ride up as soon as possible. Batman Begins is a totally unique ride experience. Starting with a tight and intense 90 foot drop, the train will then rush into back to back vertical loops, which is an element never before seen on an inverted coaster. Following this, the train enters a cobra roll, and finishes with two intense wingovers. This is certainly one of the best inverted coasters ever made! Here are some pictures of opening day... Some familliar faces were seen around the buffet tent. Paul Ruben was there to declare Batman Begins his number 1 coaster, Ron Toomer was upset B&M didn't use pipeline coaster track, Robb liked the ride, and Elissa did also, even though it wasn't an Intamin. This is pretty much the entire layout Another layout pic
  8. I noticed that when I had the park.
  9. Looks great. It seems as though the graphics really bring RCT3 up to its full potential, which I have yet to experience.
  10. There were rumors that construction on the new "coaster" had already begun. Since the park kept everything totally hidden from the public, an unknown photographer managed to get shots of the construction zone from a helicopter. Unfortunately, soon after the park learned of the release of these pictures on various coaster sites, the area around the park was officialy declared a no fly zone. Apparently this is one project Six Flags wants to keep a secret untill the official ride anouncement, which is said to be at 8:00 eastern time tonight. Here are two pics the unknown photographer managed to get... A bizarre looking crane lifts track pieces. From these pictures, it is obvious that the new coaster will be a B&M with inverted track. Here is another picture of the crane
  11. Looks great. I can't wait to see more.
  12. New Rumor On the new park maps being released, there seems to be a hint of a new attraction to come. The only clue of this attraction was this..."Every Hero has a Beginning." What this means has not yet been determined, but rumors seem to be pointing towards a coaster, possibly a B&M flyer or invert. However, this information came from park employees. Some guests have reported seeing markers, which provides some backup to the rumor that this mystery ride is infact a coaster.
  13. Thanks everyone, and there is a new coaster coming soon. I will have more later.
  14. After a few months of construction, Mind Bender has been opened to the public. Being a clone, there was no media day. Anyway, here is a pic of some of the first riders stuck on the lift in a typical opening day break-down. The train is stuck with riders hanging against their restraints
  15. Thanks. I have been working for a little while and I expect to have an update sometime mid-week.
  16. For the beginning of the 2006 season, Six Flags Acres of Adventure has announced plans for Mind Bender, an all new Vekoma Boomerang coaster model. The park had set things up with Vekoma early last year, but the project was finall given the ok just a month ago. Track is now arriving on trucks and being assembled near the main midway. This is sure to be a great start for the brand new park. Stats... height-120 feet tall speed-45 miles per hour inversions-boomerang, vertical loop builder/manufacturer-Vekoma make/model-Boomerang colors-aqua blue with white supports and orange trains location in park-on main midway
  17. Well, I really wanted to start a new park last night so I went for it. My inspiration is an Average Six Flags park. Some clones, some good flats, etc. I just started but here are some pics... The entrance plaza and entrance with 6, count em 6, flags! A service road has been extended from the parking lot and it looks like a truck has arrived with the first track pieces of a mystery coaster. For the official announcement, check back at 7:00 eastern time.
  18. Woot woot for random trip reports. Looks good!
  19. I don't really scream, but I yell a lot. Whenever I get some airtime or something takes me by surprise, I'll shout a loud, long, "Holy Crap!" I'm also one of those morons who likes to commentate the whole ride, kind of like Paul Ruben .
  20. The original color was the color of the supports. Someone changed it from light brown to dark brown as you can see in the most recent picture. I'm not mad, I just like it how it was better.
  21. Can somone change the color of my coaster back to how it was. I liked that better. Thanks.
  22. Done! I made a huge Intamin Wooden Coaster and a Carousel and a Tilt-A-Whirl to go with it. My part of the park is themed as an old time Midway. The Eagles Pride Offical ThemeparkReview Park.SV6 Whos Next?
  23. No problem. I'm almost done.
  24. Whats going on? I'm working on it already. Ill have it tonight. Please wait. I already had to restart because Maliboomer did some stuff, so I will be done a bit later. If you started after Maliboomer (who started after me) just wait. It's first come first serve and I was first so just let me have my turn.
